Craig Anderson Plumbing replaced the main water line in the house leading to 2 outside faucets and the water softener. When he came out to quote the job he spent a good of time analyzing the problem ( low water pressure ) and suggested the solution that we agreed upon. A noise problem that we didn't address was corrected with this repair also. Nice bonus! Craig and Dakota worked together on this project and left the crawl and utility closet in better shape than when they started. With the improved water flow the washer, water softener and dishwasher are all working as they should, and the sinks and showers are not affected by multiple faucets being opened at the same time. We were having some water pressure issues and were referred to Craig Anderson. Craig came out, advised us as to the problems and possible solutions. Two weeks later they came back and installed a new well and pump. They are professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. When the work was complete they took time to clean up the job site. He came out promptly, and based on what my husband told him, about our Saniflo Macerator toilet, he made an accurate diagnosis of the problem and referred us to a septic cleaner guy. Call Craig Anderson plumbing out we had low water pressure. Craig determined that the old well was going bad and recommended a new well and pressure tank.
