The food was good, and the service was exceptional. Nik was very polite and attentive, she came and approached several times for coffee refill and checking on us. I love the vibes, the food and everything! Definitely coming back everytime visiting canmore! Oh, plus the view! Perfect brunch on my 40th, with free singing crew. ;)

    Ghostly creamer.

Good quality home cooked breakfast. The bacon was incredible as well as the pancakes and eggs Benedict. No Lattes :/ Ask for the Canadian Syrup when ordering so it's served warm. The best part was the ghost the threw the coffee creamer across table.

My friends and I decided to check out this little local spot near our Airbnb in Canmore. If possible, get a table by the windows so you can enjoy a meal while staring out at the beautiful mountains. It made my food taste that much better! I went with the Rustler's Breakfast, which came with 3 eggs, smoked ham, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausage links, and a side of your choice. I opted for the fresh fruit cup and to my surprise, I was able to switch out the toast for hash browns instead! Got to try everything I wanted. The portions were huge and for the price (15 CAD), it was well worth it. I'd choose a simple breakfast like this over any fancy brunch spot in a heartbeat.

A nice little breakfast place. I thought the atmosphere was good, the entire staff was pleasant and very punctual. I love my coffee refills. Loved the Craig's Benedict....I think it was the browned English muffin. The choice of tomatoes in the side was nice...maybe a sprinkle of a herb or two here? ...just a suggestion. Nothing fancy or pretentious ...just a good simple breakfast.

Rustler breakfast 3 eggs 2 bacon 2 sausage 2 smoked ham hash browns and two piece of toast.

Came in around 10 am VERY BUSY, for a Saturday morning. Greeted right way, with pleasantries. Was asked to wait until they clean a spot, waited only a minute and they had a table for us. Waitresses came to our table within a decent amount of time. She got our coffee right away with a glass of cold water for myself and my companion. Sadly the coffee was Very weak, and Luke warm. She took our meal down and my companion asked if there is any onions in the hash brown she replied yes, but she could request no onions. Which is what they wanted. Our meal came out fast even though it was really busy. The hash brown had zero flavour, sadly. The kitchen and the waitress both listed to no onions! My oatmeal was fine along with the fresh fruit in the cup, wish they put on a bit more blueberry after all you are paying extra. Waitress was busy but she did fill up my companion coffee once.

They uniquely do a 72 hour dough rise for the pizza. Create a very airy and light focaccia style pizza crust. I had the elk sausage and roasted kale pizza. I found the pizza very good, very rich due to the type of cheeses they used ....however I found out...I don't like kale - so I picked it off. Kathy enjoyed the tuna melt, with waffle fries. It was yummy. The server was quick, guided us through some suggestions, and our order was out reasonably quickly. Banff gets busy in the afternoon. We arrive just before the rush at 2 PM. If you're looking for good food and a good beer, three beers brewery is a good choice. Asfoor value a bit on the higher side.... I'd use 3 ($$$) for two of us. Kid, friendly yes, clean bathrooms, good waiter-staff. Three Bears gets a two thumbs up for Banff Canada.

Had a nice ambience with plenty of seating inside and outside. However we found it was a little chilly inside the restaurant, especially near the windows where we were seated. The staff was friendly, but we found that service was a little slow even though it was not busy at the time of our visit. We appreciated the variety of breakfast items. It was definitely catered to international visitors. However, the food itself tasted just average. We ordered the Eggs Benedict with avocado and tomato, pancakes, French toast, and the omurice. The eggs Benedict came out cold, the omurice needed some additional ingredients for flavoring, and the pancakes and French toast came out dry. They charged us extra for a little tablespoon of extra maple syrup. The only tasty item was the smashed potatoes. Overall, would not recommend this place. It didn't seem like the price matched the quality of the food or the service.

It's a great spot if you're looking for a mix of international and Western flavors. Reservations can be made directly from their homepage via TouchBistro. There are about 10 spots available in the private parking lot. While it was too cold to enjoy the patio during our visit, outdoor dining is available in warmer weather, and the mountain views from the restaurant are stunning. FOOD: 1. Firecracker Calamari (3/5) - Crispy calamari with sautéed peppers, soy, and sesame. Unfortunately, this appetizer had more side ingredients than actual calamari. It's shareable between 3-4 people, but I wouldn't order it again. 2. Canmore Pasta Bison Ravioli (3/5) - Served with a creamy au jus sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and parmesan. I didn't try this one personally, but those who did said it was just "OK." It comes with one slice of garlic toast. 3. Chicken Nirvana (4/5) - A coconut-based gravy with ginger, green chili, curry leaves, basmati rice, and Kerala parotta. The curry was a bit watery for my taste, and I wished the spices were more pronounced. That said, the parotta was nicely crisp -- always a win. 4. Alberta Beef Short Ribs (3/5) - Served with vegetables and gravy. I had a few bites and liked it, but something felt like it was missing -- I couldn't quite put my finger on what. 5. Atlantic Salmon (5/5) - Paired with a tarragon leek lemon emulsion and vegetables. I rarely order salmon at non-Japanese restaurants, but this was an exception. The salmon was perfectly cooked -- not dry at all -- and the emulsion brought everything together beautifully. The service was OK. The server was pleasant, and our drinks never touched the bottom. However, we had an early dinner time, and they were out of two items on the menu. Would I come back? Maybe. I'll explore other places before coming back.
