    Breakfast burrito
    Amanda N.

Stumbled upon this place for lunch near our hotel. It's a cute little restaurant and staff are friendly. The presentation is on point, but the food didn't wow me. I did like their sweet potato and corn chowder! That was interesting. My fiance felt the burrito was too soggy, but tasted good.

We popped in before our hike, just looking for a solid meal and left feeling like part of the family. The staff was incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcome, like we'd been coming there for years. Super attentive without being overbearing, and our food came out fast and delicious. Cozy vibe, great people! Highly recommend!

Half sandwich (club) and chicken tortilla soup

Nice welcoming atmosphere. Something about the place gave me a good vibe like I was back in New Mexico. I had the half sandwich (Club) and chicken tortilla soup. The sandwich was good, as was the soup. The soup had a little spice to it. The service was friendly and efficient. The place gets packed very quickly. We got in right at the very tail end of breakfast and got in for lunch. All tables were packed.

Great local spot. Ordered pickup before heading to ski. Got the trip bacon burrito, side of potatoes. It was great. Also went for belated this morning. Fresh squeezed OJ, service was kind, busy spot.

Great family restaurant with appealing decor to go with the theme. When I came during dinner, half the restaurant was full with big groups with children. Also has a bar area for party of 1 to watch the open kitchen. No frills service which was appreciated after hitting the slopes. Food was ok for a quick meal.

Half southwest club and tortilla chicken soup

One of my very favourite restaurants to enjoy when l am in Banff! Their soups, all day breakfast, sandwiches and 5 service are famous It is a small gem on a side street and worth the wait. I am enjoying the perfect lunch: half sandwich and soup or salad. My meal today was half southwest sandwich and tortilla chicken soup

    Huevos rancheros

We visited twice - for dinner and breakfast - during our Banff stay. For dinner, we had the flank steak and the blue corn chicken enchilada stack. Both tasted very good. Would say portions are a bit on the small side for the prices. The outdoor seating was nice but it was taking a long time for food to arrive, which was fine (it was a nice night and not getting too cold). Look around at what people are ordering/consult Yelp, some dishes looked much better than others! For breakfast we had eggs Benedict and huevos rancheros. Again, super good flavors, I loved the blue corn tortillas and homemade red sauce again. The poached eggs were hard. Loved the cute indoor table for breakfast, plus it was the most friendly service of our whole trip. Overall a great experience at Coyotes!

Sweet potato and corn soup with turkey BLT

This place has a cool rustic vibe and is easy to locate. The menu has daily soup and sandwich offerings which are perfect on a cold day. I thought the sweet potato and corn soup sounded intriguing and it was delish! I also ordered a turkey BLT on gluten free bread toasted and the half order was just enough. Our food tasted homemade and fresh. Our server was great as she realized we were on a time clock and she made sure we had our food timely. The place is busy and cozy.

    Huevos Rancheros!

The atmosphere is exactly Southwest. The server was polite and attentive. The food and the southwest Caesar were amazing. I will definitely good back. If you want a no nonsense all day breakfast place, this is the place you are looking for! Definitely 5 stars!

Stopped at this restaurant during an overnight stay in Banff. Came in for breakfast on Friday, 10/4/2024. Great location downtown and no lengthy wait to get in. Cool atmosphere. Ordered the Rundle Mountain breakfast with eggs, over medium, and "strip bacon." The eggs were severely overcooked and burnt brown, the oven roasted potatoes were dried out and overcooked, and the "strip" bacon was overcooked and more like crumbled bacon instead of strips of bacon. Pancakes were good. Coffee was bland at best. Overall, mediocre breakfast. Would not try again. See pics of the overcooked food.

3.5 stars Shrimp appetizer was pretty good. Don't remember the name of it. The salmon's honey glaze was amazing, but the salmon itself was a bit overdone. Probably needed 30 seconds less on the heat. Still good tho. Rice was pretty good. The veggies received no love haha. No seasoning, no sauce, no nothin. Just some cooked veggies. Hot chocolate was pretty good, but excessively foamy on top. Waiter was very nice, but sometimes took a minute to get his attention. Poor guy had been working all day. Inside got quite loud toward closing time.

Starters cornbread & orange spiced prawns

After long time , I found a restaurant with excellent customer service, friendly staff & mins blowing food. I want to acknowledge our server who went out of his way to accommodate us including our small Maltese puppy. ( offered him blanket coz he was drenched in rain like us) He even suggested us the most ordered starter which is the orange prawn dish n it was not at all a disappointment. Cornbread was super soft . Our order included vegetarian burger & pulled pork enchiladas & they were mind glowingly delicious , so fresh vegetables topics & super soft meat with a side of crunch n soft roasted potatoes. We were so full with the food but do wanted to try a desert on the menu so we got gluten free chocolate cake. Perfectly sweet Interior of the restaurant is well done but the patio is super cute n neat washrooms. So all in all my 5 to them

    Chorizo eggs benny
    Katie R.

Came here for breakfast one morning while staying in town. Sat inside as outside was first come, first served. Food came up very quickly. Ordered the chorizo eggs Benedict and my mom the rundel breakfast. Eggs were cooked to perfection, nice and runny yolk but no runny egg whites. Bits of chorizo were fairly small, just enough to taste it but not over powering. The jam on top of the pancakes was really tasty, pretty sweet, but still good. The potatoes were pretty bland, I put some salt and pepper on them but still nothing to write home about, could've been a bit crispier too. Was very convenient breakfast spot since it was next to our hotel and open early. Though it wasn't anything that special, the eggs Benedict was good and I would order it again if I came back for breakfast...unsure if I would choose to come back here for breakfast, but would consider checking out their lunch or dinner menu if I found myself back in town

Price is great for what you get. I ordered seafood platter and lamb & rice. Seafood was as fresh as you can get in Alberta. Calamaris are cooked to perfect crispness and the batter on them are not too thick, just enough to give that light and buttery feeling. The lamb dish was incredible...the meat was so tender, it break a part so easily just by a spoon or a fork lightly touch it. The seasoning on it are so on point, you feel you are setting in one of the bank house in Greek. Even the rice was flavoured and cooked impressively. The deserts were unbelievable. I am not a big sweet tooth, but I had to try everything they offered, because they looks just way too good. The owner actually gave us free desert since some of us from really far away and someone had a personal connection with Greek. I am really happy for the experience I had in this restaurant.

I think a Greek restaurant should make a good hummus but the amount given was a shock, basically a big table spoon. Normally you would have to ask for more pita this was the opposite. It's a small town so there might not be any other Greek places, so enjoy
