I've probably visited it dozens of times but never thought to review it until recently. The shopping center offers a ton of shops, restaurants, a great Wegman's grocery store, a movie theater, and more. I frequent CAVA, Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Wegman's, Izakaya 68, and several of the shops (J.Crew Factory, DSW, Michael's). It's convenient and has a great variety of businesses, but the traffic in and out can be a little crazy. Other than the occasionally crazy parking or traffic to get in and out, it's a really convenient shopping center.

It makes such a difference when customers are greeted with easy access to parking right by an…read moreentrance. It feels like a small thing, but it sets the tone for the entire shopping experience. When vendor employees take those prime spots, it can definitely feel like they're taking away that initial "wow" factor, especially for guests who are looking to get in and out quickly. It would be great if businesses could implement better internal policies around this--like designating employee parking further away or offering incentives for those who park in spots further from the store. That way, they create a better first impression for customers, which could definitely have an impact on overall sales and satisfaction.

What has replaced the stores are addicts and crime and an unwillingness of the management to recruit tenants- I say keep the Food Lion, rent out old Rite Aid and that section and tear down the other side including the IHOP and Dunkin ( bring them around to the revitalized section) That Burger King would be a nice spot for an Atwaters. Cockeysvill could use a parking friendly Trader Joe's ow Whole Foods, not another nail spa or Peruvian Chicken spot!

There was some construction happening to some of the tree wells. Well passing by saw this huge nail near the workers truck and advised could they get it so it didn't end up in someone's tire. When I came out of Target, a worker began to say something but I think he said it in Spanish in a nasty way. And walking through the pediatrician crosswalk in death defying. No one knows how to cross without being hit or how long does a person have to wait for someone coming a store to cross the crosswalk.

This place seems big, but it is manageable to walk around and check out all of the vendors. Upon tasting, our ribs were good: perfectly seasoned and fresh; the wings were rotisserie roasted and were good as well; the cake was just ok for us fresh with coconut flakes held on by white buttercream; the strawberry cheesecake was just ok; the glazed nuts were good as well. I still have fond memories of renting a car with my friends (is ZipCar still even a thing?) and spending the day at the TTC. Naturally, all malls have suffered to some degree in recent years with online shopping getting more and more prevalent. Towson Town Center remains reasonably active though, and there are quite a few streets nearby with active businesses as well.

Depending on the day, time, weekend/week day and if its a holiday would determine the type of crowd of shopping. When I went it was just before Christmas, therefore, parking was hectic and the mall was busy. I did find a pair of pantyhose in a specific color that I wanted, but I am feeling leery that they will not fit, but for the price I will take the gamble.
