The response of the supervisory staff was great and they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied in the end.

I had purchased a washing machine from this company about four years ago and at the end of a rinse cycle it made some odd noises. I called on Thursday and again on Friday to request a service assessment. Nobody responded to my request. I called another company who made the assessment, gave an estimate which I accepted, ordered the parts and completed the repair within a week. I bought a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and a clothes washer from these people. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. read more

Unbelievable! I called and left a vmail to find out if Crane could repair my expensive KitchenAid countertop mixer. I really didn't expect a call back but lo and behold I got a lengthy message from Ken encouraging me to try other options to get it repaired, including business names and contacts! I needed a washer and dryer and try to shop local. Went online and started chatting with their service. Person was extremely helpful and connected me with Ed in the Falmouth location. Went down, saw Ed, told him what I was hoping to accomplish and within 45 minutes I purchased a washer and dryer within the budget I had set for myself. Delivery was set for Saturday, but if something became available sooner, they would inform me. Turns out Tuesday was available and my new washer and dryer have been delivered. The delivery service was superb. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and very helpful. Both the sales and delivery gentlemen are wonderful ambassadors for the Crane appliance store. read more

Great personal attention to a minor repair issue that crippled my washer during the Covid-19 lockdown. They recognized that not being able to do laundry in my home while we were socially distancing constituted an emergency. Being able to speak with a human who was concerned about my problem and was willing to help solve it was heart warming, and the repairman was courteous and went out of his way to make sure the washer was repaired. read more

Deliverers arrived within two-hour window given ahead of delivery date. Lead deliveryman courteous, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable about the products. Bought a front loading washing machine and also purchased the extended warranty. The machine began to leak so called for service. Service man came right away but said since the machine was in such a tight spot the only way to service it was to take it to their shop. I agreed to do this. Afterward they found out I had the warranty and they refunded the service charge but never returned my calls (which were numerous) to come get the machine even after I started having another problem with it. Think once they knew I wouldn't be paying for the repair they decided not to return my calls or follow up with the service needed. No way to run a business. Now I need a new stove and will NOT be purchasing it from Crane. Too bad for them. read more
