I was having issues with my washer leaking water, I contacted Appliance +2 on Saturday. I got a quick response and Eugene was here Monday morning at nine as promised. He was very honest and thorough let me know the washer would be very expensive to fix and not worth it. He was only here for five minutes, but did not even charge me! Great, trustworthy repairmen. Returns calls with 24 hours. If you are able to explain the problem, he brings the correct parts, repairs the appliance, very reasonable charge, and doesn't waste time. You are not sitting around waiting for the repairman to show up. He come when he says he is coming. Eugene is phenomenal. I first found him when my washer went on 4th of July weekend, as I was trying to get my life in order for major surgery on the next tuesday. He not only came, he fixed my washer, charged a fair price, and was, and still is, one of the nicest, most honest repair people I have ever worked with. Our distress call was returned within hours and a service call scheduled for 2 days after initial contact - all of which is amazingly prompt for Cape Cod in August!
