Although it was a relatively minor repair, everyone at Apex treated me with the same attention and professionalism I would have expected for a much larger job. Their customer is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful waiting room, spotless restrooms, free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch. It was a small gesture, but a highly observant and considerate one! Once they brought my vehicle in, the repair took only about 20-30 minutes. Then, to my complete surprise, they told me there would be no charge. I would never expect a business to perform work for free, but their generosity made an already excellent experience even more memorable. Apex Vehicle Services demonstrated professionalism, kindness, honesty, and genuine concern for its customers. Fast forward to 2025, I returned for a simple tire rotation + balance and now all four wheels are scratched again, identical damage patterns. This time, they flat-out refused to take responsibility, even with clear photo evidence and a history of the exact same issue documented on their own service receipt. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to escalate, resolve, or even acknowledge the issue. If you care about your wheels, go somewhere else. They are not impolite or rude or make derogatory comments to customers. They are focused on doing their job and doing it well. I personally have had this happen once and when I called and informed them they had me bring my car back in to fix the issue. (Guy accidentally put the sensor on the tire front tires backwards and the car was reading opposite on tires). They were very apologetic of it, corrected the mistake for free and made sure to double check everything including walking me through with my car to make sure I was happy and satisfied with it. I would rather my car be fixed the right way and feel safe knowing it is safe than have someone making me feel special (Wal-Mart) while giving me crappy service on my car. If you want a place that actually will make sure your car is taken care of properly then these are your guys. If you want pampering while getting crappy service go to Wal-Mart or any other place around town. The value and service will always make me come back to them when it comes to my car.

They pulled my tire 38 minutes before sending text that it was started-guess that's how the system stays "on time" and makes them look like they work quickly. No urgency at all. Team lead just stood around chatting, worker moved with no urgency. Disappointing and unprofessional. 12:58-2:34pm 1 hr 36 mins to plug a tire. No urgency in service area. Cheating the system by logging time AFTER starting svc to make look like shorter service completion time. The logged time showed 7 mins to completion. Does this happen at all locations? Walmart + member but would definitely have argued if I had to even pay the $15. Unacceptable.
