They stand not only behind their service but their products. Anyone who claims they have a race issue clearly has no idea how business that actually have quality work. They don't have time to babysit you when they are trying to give you the best value for your tires and making sure everything is good to go for you when you get back on the road. The value is there but not for the entitled people who think that they should be waited on hand and foot while these guys are trying to do a job that is not always easy. Just because they don't accommodate everything you want for "Yourself" while you are sitting and waiting doesn't mean they aren't giving you the best service when it comes to your vehicle. They are not impolite or rude or make derogatory comments to customers. They are focused on doing their job and doing it well. Some people need to learn what real customer service really is and stop using the race card as an excuse just because you aren't treated as a king/queen as soon as you walk through the door. Their job is to make sure your VEHICLE is taking care of and they stand behind it even if something happens after you have left their shop. I personally have had this happen once and when I called and informed them they had me bring my car back in to fix the issue. (Guy accidentally put the sensor on the tire front tires backwards and the car was reading opposite on tires). They were very apologetic of it, corrected the mistake for free and made sure to double check everything including walking me through with my car to make sure I was happy and satisfied with it. I would rather my car be fixed the right way and feel safe knowing it is safe than have someone making me feel special (Wal-Mart) while giving me crappy service on my car. If you want a place that actually will make sure your car is taken care of properly then these are your guys. If you want pampering while getting crappy service go to Wal-Mart or any other place around town. The value and service will always make me come back to them when it comes to my car.

Since then, we have always found them to be very helpful and not just trying to upsell us to some other service. We have gotten brakes checked / replaced, oil changes, and other misc services as our vehicles have needed them. They can get backed up, so I'd recommend calling and see what their wait is like and how long they might expect to get your vehicle back to you, just in case. They do have a key drop-off box if you are needing to leave your vehicle their overnight or before they open.

And honestly, it wasn't that much more expensive than going to one of those places. Don't get me wrong, I love my mechanic. But he is REALLY far away and all we needed was new tires. So when I heard Carl would pick up tires, come to my house and the most I had to do was hand over my credit card... sign me up!! I called him and he said he had a little later appointment, but he could make it work. We had a miscommunication about whether I had the tires or not and he came.
