One being a 'mental health assesment' for the doctor to provide better patient care. It was a short quick survey about stress. I didn't think much about it. Come to find out, I was billed $79.85 for completing said survey, and this is not prevantative care, so I am at cost on this. DO NOT COMPLETE ANY UNNESSARY PAPERWORK. They will charge you apparently and refuse to refund said charge. I have no access to whatever this mental health assessment was, and I did not ask for it. Bad practices by this organization.

Being under the influence of anesthesia I cannot remember the name of the discharge nurse, she was a sweetheart. A special kudo to Lou, the welcome nurse. She made be comfortable with the whole process. She's worth her weight in gold, loved her. I recommend the Marietta Surgical center anytime minor surgery is required.

Warm socks and blankets were available since it's always cold in medical facilities. This place was clean and nicely decorated. This facility is state of the art. It is super clean and feels so new. I am not too sure when it opened, but it looks like it opened just yesterday. The staff is all super friendly too. They were happy to answer my questions and keeping me updated throughout my visit. The doctor took care of me super professionally, and cared to know why I was there, and it didn't just feel like I was just another number to them. This has happened before and continues to! Anti-depressant & anti-anxiety medication, for someone going through cancer treatment are deliberately withheld for long enough for him to have completely disabling withdrawals. Blood pressure medications are also not always refilled as needed either. She is going to let this patient DIE, and she flat out doesn't care. Working on making this known to Wellstar and the Georgia Composite Medical board as this deliberate lack of care is going to KILL one of her patients.

I trusted multiple Kaiser doctors and believed that any important findings in my medical records were being appropriately followed. I later discovered documentation of a 3.5 cm chest mass from 2010, that I was not aware of. Over the years, I reported intermittent discomfort in the same general chest area. Last Dr kept ordering chest ultrasounds. In 2025, I decided to have a Prenuvo MRI. I honestly did not expect them to find anything significant, thought it was in my head. Instead, the MRI identified a chest mass that ultimately required surgery in February 2026. The pathology has been complicated and the diagnosis with my oncologist telling me there is approximately a 60% possibility of mesothelioma. I am now undergoing continued medical surveillance every three months and dealing with the emotional impact of having gone from believing I was healthy to facing a serious and uncertain diagnosis. I am still trying to obtain and understand the 2010 finding, that should have received additional follow-up at that time. After more than 35 years of trusting my healthcare providers, this experience has profoundly changed the way I view my medical care. Patients should be able to trust that significant findings in their records are recognized by dr's, communicated, and appropriately followed. Kaiser denied my reimbursement for the amount I paid to Prenuvo. I have now departed my self from Kaiser Permanente.

Ive been taking my mom in to see a dermatologist and family practice, cardiologist and nephrologist I do wish they had the nephrologist at the Towne Park location, and I wasn't having to have her MOHS surgeries at a separate location, hopefully soon they'll have everything under one roof.
