This is a fairly standard Pottery Barn, if you are looking for furniture ... but they never seem to…read morehave as much sale or clearance items, as other stores do. It's pretty much all out on the floor and mostly couches and chairs. They have 2 beds ... 2 headboards ... and 1 or two dining tables. If you are looking for living room furniture, 80% of this store is that, along with bedding, blankets, vases and table wear. The staff here is pretty haughty. They'll come up to you, if you look like you have money ... but for the most part, they kind of hoover around the registers. The exception being the gentleman who works there. He is pretty chatty and helpful when he's working and we pretty much only deal with him because he's the only one who comes over to help us. The main thing is that you can't purchase anything from the store off the floor, furniture wise. You have to order it and often they say it will take a couple weeks to ship ... but most times the item is on back stock and takes months or more to ship. We ordered a couch from there and were told 3 weeks ... it ended up taking 6 months! Never again will we order, unless it's a display piece. Another thing is, despite the high prices, the furniture isn't made very well. Our leather chairs are starting to show wear and the paint is wearing off ... the dining table is scratched and worn after only a few months. In the future, we will stick to only buying accessories from here and buying furniture elsewhere from a brand that doesn't show a lot of wear right away.

They dont care because they know people will buy.

This location is especially great. I come here often, and the supervisor Hope is always so friendly and welcoming. She recognizes me as a regular, greets me every time, and is genuinely kind. Hope is great at her job. She is able to fix any issues that take place and is really good at fixing any issues with prices at the register. They truly have just about everything you could possibly need or want. Definitely a go-to spot for great finds and even better deals.

He asks about your needs and explains about the least expensive to most expensive mattresses and how each mattress's features differ. I told Bill I was in agony because of my neck and back and I thought it was probably because of my old mattress. I purchased the second most firm king-size mattress and foundation along with two specialized pillows for neck pain. I have now slept two nights with my new mattress and pillows and my pain is already diminishing. The mattresses were delivered on the date promised and my old mattress and box spring were taken. The two men who delivered my mattress were very personable. Actually, they were downright charming. They took away my old mattress and foundation and delivered and set up my new one quickly and meticulously. They made sure I was completely happy with the set-up. I understand now why my neighbors speak so highly of Bill and Mattress Express. This is an exceptional, local small business with a very knowledgeable and personable owner.
