The newest location on corner of Ross lane and McAndrews doesn't have a dryer for the rags they put out to wash your windows, wipe out the inside of your car, and dry off your car. The towels are always wet when you try to use them to wipe down your exterior or interior windows. They smell like dirty rags. When you use them to wipe the inside of your car the smell of dirty musty rags lingers inside your car. I asked why they don't have any dry rags and they told me that location never had a dryer installed? Are they too cheap or what is the deal? What a joke, I have been a member with this company for about three years but am switching to one of the other car wash companies that have been opening up around the valley. read more

Of all the pictures of vehicles with dirty rear ends after they go through the car wash I would expect they know something needs to be done. I'm in the same boat. Went through the White City car wash and it did even touch the rear end of my vehicle. I also noticed one of the brushes wasn't working You would think the staff would have noticed that. I notice a lot of people leaving reviews for the White City location when this is the Hwy 99 (Matt Lp) location. We have a 4 Runner that gets perfectly clean every time. If you have the subscription (we do) you can go as much as you want--2 or 3 times in a row. read more

I've been coming to this place for a year and a half now using the shine package. In the past I used to go to a place in Montana called Metro Express, a far superior wash center where your car will exit with hardly a drop of water anywhere. This place is not that. You will always need to use the towels to clean remaining water droplets. Today 7 out of 13 vacuums are broken, clogged or plain just not working well. Garbage cans are always overflowing. I realize in this trying economic environment it's hard to find good help. Most of the employees are young kids and like I've noticed everywhere this generation does not have the same work ethic as young kids 20+ years ago no pride in ownership. It could also be that they are trying to order parts for the broken vacuum cleaners and it's a supply chain issue I know that's happened to me in my own business. I hope the owner will read this and make the necessary adjustments. I will be canceling my membership not for these reasons but because I'm moving from the area. Drive up to get my truck washed on 11/29/22 at about 11:45-12:00. The young man in the booth was on his phone and I had to get his attention to even pay. Then when I head to the wash bay the young man refused to rinse the passenger side of my truck off prior to sending me through the wash bay. He started spraying my truck while I was still talking to him with my window rolled down.l, totally ignoring me after he said no to rinsing passenger off. PISS POOR ATTITUDE all the way around with these two clowns they hired. Won't be back here. read more

Overall good place. Love the unlimited vacuums so you don't worry about quarters or if you're about to run out of time. My one and only complaint is the wash, they need to slow it down a bit because there's been a few times when there's bird poo left on my windows right after the wash, and soap still on my car. Which isn't sure cool when you just paid to have your car washed. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever received from a drive-through car wash. I drive a Toyota Tacoma and purchased the sparkle wash. Drove through and left and then noticed later that my truck, especially the back was still dirty. It appears the wash didn't do the backside whatsoever. There is absolutely no detail to this wash and it was a waste of money. I went back an hour later and had them re-wash my car. Same thing... the back is still completely dirty and it barely looks washed all together. Will never go back here and do not recommend. read more

While I was vacuuming my truck after running it through their car wash, I noticed a huge section of the back of my truck was not even touched. I brought it up to two staff and they each claimed that there was nothing wrong with the results of the wash and that what I was seeing was just "the coloration of the water drying in some spots" They said that if I wanted to take through again that I would need to pay for another wash! I have a membership with them, at the central point location as I'm in the car wash the brushes completely stop we're not moving anywhere the lady behind me hits the back of my car and so I pull around to the front where the office is and there are scratches all over my black car both sides front and back they took an incident report. I have never received a phone call so I went to the location three times to talk to the manager and he was never available. I went there for the fourth time and this very young man said he is the manager and he told me that they are not responsible for the damages. and that it's a risk that I take by using their car wash. And that they are not liable for any damages that are caused from their car wash. I cannot believe how I have been treated, I told him I'm going to cancel my membership and he turned around and looked at me and said good. Very poor customer service, I also told him that I'm going to turn it into my insurance and then my insurance will go after them and he said do what you have to do but we are not responsible. And it's so funny because my neighbor seen me at the car wash and approached me and told me that I should switch car washes because his truck had so many scratches on it when he came out of the car wash and he spoke to the manager and they painted his whole truck. So I also explain that to him about my neighbor and he laughs in my face and said that's a lie. This is absolutely ridiculous, I just want everybody to know how they will be treated if something happens to their vehicle at that company. read more

The young man at the pay booth when I pullEd in was very friendly and personable. I enjoyed his smiling and friendly demeanor. I have always pulled my car over in the parking lot next-door to the Central Point location and dried my car all the way b4 continuing on my way. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to do that this time at the South Medford location. This is the first time I've been to this location on South Pacific Hwy in South Medford. As a rating, I have to give this location 2 Stars and one of those stars was for the Pay booth employee. Because I didn't pull over to dry my car before I left, I didn't see until I arrived home that a lot of my car was still dirty. I was not happy and was very disappointed in this location. I will not be using this location again. I've always been satisfied with the Central Point location but I no longer live in Central Point. To bad the South Medford location didn't live up to the Central Point locations standards. read more

I crashed my car at Wash N' Go because I left my car in drive Dumb, right? My story: 1. I hadn't visited a drive-thru car wash in 30 years. 2. When I approached the tunnel my attendant immediately sprayed my windshield and driver's window with water and detergent, blocking my view. 3. Only upon viewing video later did I learn that he briefly pointed at the instructions sign with his back to me. 4. This sign is the one and only form of instruction on the entire site. 5. The track then engaged my car, I took my hands off the wheel and my foot of the brake and veered into the tunnel wall. Damage $3,000. 6. I returned 2 hours later to get an understanding of what happened. The different attendant then on duty used hand signals with every customer and got responses from them verifying they had seen and understood the instruction sign. 7. That afternoon I met with General Manager, Shayla and Anna. We reviewed video of the incident and Shayla said it was my fault since the attendant had followed procedure. 8. Shayla then told me that due to my accident she had already implemented a new procedure requiring payment booth staff to verbally notify customers that they would need to shift into neutral. Zero cost. Impressive. 9. When I pointed out that my attendant had obscured my windows leaving me unable to see his brief gesture towards the sign, she told me that she couldn't accept blame for such a costly accident. Only the owner, Kelly, who was on vacation, could do that. 10. I visited the site again the next day and spoke with a staff member named Andrew. He confirmed that the new verbal notification procedure was operational and that he also always elicited a positive nonverbal signal from each customer indicating that they had both seen and understood the instructions. 11. 6 days later Kelly called me and informed me that he had reviewed the video from 12 angles and the accident was my fault since his attendant had done his job perfectly. 12. 2 days later I met with Kelly. I mentioned the new verbal notification procedure as evidence that prior procedures were insufficient. Kelly stated that not only was there no verbal procedure, but that per Shayla, she had never told me any such thing! I then pointed out that Anna was present when Shayla told me and that I had also confirmed the new procedure with Andrew. He then did a complete 180 and stated that the procedure had been rescinded and that the procedure didn't prove they had been negligent anyway. Really? 13. I asked to see written attendant procedures. Apparently none exist! 14. I told Kelly that every attendant except mine appears to use gestures to verify that customers see and understand the instruction sign. 15. I told Kelly that my attendant had sprayed water and detergent on my windows from want #1, obscuring my view. 16. Kelly told me that was "100% impossible" since wand #1 was only capable of spraying water "pure enough to drink." 17. I noted that the video shows me eyes forward, both hands on the wheel. Not looking at my phone. Not fiddling with my stereo. Not drinking my water. Not looking in my rear view mirror. I am fully alert and engaged, but I don't see my attendant point at anything. 18. When I asked the name of my attendant, Kelly didn't know, but insisted he was still on staff in good standing. What? 19. The owner of a small car wash didn't interview the only employee who witnessed and participated in a costly accident? Was he fired the same day? Did he quit? Who knows? 20. At my request, we then observed Sean, the attendant currently on duty. Sean was actively engaging with every customer to ensure himself that they had seen and understood the instructions. 21. Sean then sprayed a truck bumper with detergent from wand #1! Impossible according to Kelly! 22. When I pointed out Sean's foolproof procedures, Kelly stated that Sean wasn't representative. Sean was a "superstar". 23. I then stipulated that had Sean been my attendant there would have been no accident. Kelly had no response. 24. Next, I pointed out that if Sean was a superstar, then Andrew and every other attendant I had observed must also be superstars. Could it be my attendant is the only non superstar on his payroll? 25. If this accident was my fault, why did Kelly need to tell me that Shayla had lied to him about a procedure he couldn't afford to let remain in place? Why did he tell me wand #1 was incapable of spraying detergent? Why did he not know the name of my attendant after 9 days? 26. My accident was the result of my attendant's dereliction and I believe Kelly knows it. However, I believe he chose to play fast and loose with the facts, perhaps because experience told him I had little recourse. 27. The aftermath of my accident ended up being worse than the accident itself. Nevertheless, I would like to commend the treatment I received from Shayla, Anna, Andrew, Josh and Sean. They were all extremely courteous and professional. They all seemed to being their honest best. read more

Had a horrible experience a few weeks ago when I went here. I don't know if they have a high turnover with employees but in the past I've never had an issue always very nice welcoming people well this time I went up to the window and I don't know if it's because the young kids are not trained properly, but they didn't know anything about the app. They didn't know how I used the app which I find weird since he's the one taking my money ? and then the young girl that was there I think her name was Kelsey when I expressed to her that I needed help with the app, and that the young man was rude about it when I tried to get answers, she then told me that I need to calm down when I was not uncalm and I told her that was not OK for her to speak to me that way and I don't think I'll be coming back here due to the way that you've treated me she stated I am fine with that with a childish teenage attitude I then spoke to her supervisor and put a call into the corporate office. Came here because my car was dirty. Got the Ultimate Lava Wash because it was only $13 and it was the best wash there. Went through and they gave me a free air freshener and a dash wipe. Cleaned my car pretty good. Could have been better but it cleaned it good. But it didn't get the water spots on my sunroof from the rain. I would probably recommended this place because of the price. And if you download the app and sign up you get a free $15 credit to a car wash. read more

This place is great! The unlimited car wash requires a debit/credit card which should be no big deal in 2020. I've never been charged twice or taken advantage of due to this. There is no limit on the car washes either. The car wash works great and is the most modern in town. The vacuums work great and there are plenty! The employees and the owner are great! read more
