Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. So if you're a hardcore coffee connoisseur and are looking for the highest quality coffee, this might not be your spot. This last visit had a pretty good line when I got there, and the staff did a great job taking orders and keeping the line moving and also making sure drinks continued to get made. I ordered a cold brew and they got that out really quickly. I really enjoyed the drink, and I drink my coffee black so I got the real flavor of the brew. The shop is kind of small, but there are tables for anyone who wants to stay and enjoy their coffee and pastry.

The first half of the building is the cafe where you'll be greeted with some cute and funny coffee signs. There's two large shelves full of their own coffee beans of different roasts. They have a few small tables to sit and enjoy your orders, but note it is a bit of a tight fit in there. They also have a coffee bar where some people sat in front of the baristas. Past the cafe side is the creamery. I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take a look. What we ordered; 1) Hot Mocha Rocha with soy milk - 5/5 stars. I forgot to ask for this as half sweet, but either way, it was absolutely delicious. Rich and very flavorful. 2) Iced Mocha Rocha - 5/5 stars. Just as delicious as the hot version. 3) pistachio muffin - 3/5 stars. This muffin had a generous amount of actual pistachio baked into the muffin itself which I liked, however, the muffin had more of an artificial pistachio flavor for me. I still ate it but I wasn't in love with that one. 4) chocolate croissant - 5/5 stars. This was such a hit, we ran out right away. Everyone in our group attacked these so fast. I have to say, I am SAD that I live so far from Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery. They have a lot of pastries, ice cream including deep fried ice cream, and beverages. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to visiting them again. I don't recall the young man's name but he worked there on 1/13/26 @ about 830pm and was so hospitable. Im not too knowledgeable on Mediterranean sweets so he explained their menu in detail...unfortunately, most of their goodies were gone. I had their Baklava w/pistachio, a slice of their Knafeh (which I have never had before and knew nothing about) and we also had their Caramel Macchiato and Lavender Latte. I dont think I can properly describe their baked goods other than it was a delectable experience. The Baklava was crisp, rich and not too sweet while the Knafeh with its cheese and various textures just melted in my mouth. My hubby even enjoyed these and he isn't much of a dessert fan! The space itself is huge, lots of room to sit and hang out solo or as a group. They also had a table with paper pulled over it with crayons and things for kids to doodle on, love that! Drinks - I got a vanilla latte with their Reese's cold foam. Unfortunately they accidentally put vanilla cold foam on it and only gave me the Reese's cold foam on the side in a cup but man- it was goooood! I mixed it in but I really want to try it with just the Reese's now. I will definitely try their new location closer to home in the future.

I really love the aesthetic of their brand I thought it was cool. So I was very curious about their coffee shop. Just a heads up this shop is inside a church called harvest. I really enjoyed their display and the shops setup. I ordered a bagel (which I was told they bake there daily) and an iced latte. Both were very delicious. Customers service was good. Cashier was nice and friendly. I do recommend you go on a weekday before any service as I feel like during service it would be pretty busy.
