Every time we order, they know our drinks. We have a few people there that know us and talk to us and ask how we are doing. They informed us if we use the reciept and fill out a form we get a free donut. You can do it any time you get a receipt. The drinks are always made to perfection as well and I have not had any issues. Once, there machines were down so we couldn't get any points for like 3-4 days so they gave us a card that we could use to get any drink for $1.50 for a few months once a day. We definitely used it to our advantage. We were going sorta daily in December but we dialed it back due to a diet. I will say their donuts are super fresh and tasty and their drinks are perfect. I went this morning, and the lady behind the counter was nice, and informed me that the bakery is temporarily going to be open only on Fridays and Saturdays. She also explained the menu and how they offer vegan options. There were different variety of donuts, cookies, cake slices, cupcakes available. I tried a glazed donut and ordered banana pudding. The donut was delicious! I haven't tried the banana pudding yet, but I can't wait to eat it! I'm definitely going back soon to try other goodies that they offer!

What really pushed it over the edge was how my munchkins were handled -- they were literally just thrown straight into the bag with no paper, no tray, no covering at all. That's a basic food-handling issue. There was nothing protecting them from germs or whatever else might have been inside the bag.
