As long as I have lived close in the area of this bakery, I just learned about it last week! After viewing the IG page, and looking at all of the sweets, I knew I would visit the bakery soon! I went this morning, and the lady behind the counter was nice, and informed me that the bakery is temporarily going to be open only on Fridays and Saturdays. She also explained the menu and how they offer vegan options. There were different variety of donuts, cookies, cake slices, cupcakes available. I tried a glazed donut and ordered banana pudding. The donut was delicious! I haven't tried the banana pudding yet, but I can't wait to eat it! I'm definitely going back soon to try other goodies that they offer! read more

Pretty damn good. I don't care who owns a business as long as the product is good. Being a New Englander, I have been endowed with brutal honesty, sprinkled with sarcasm. New Englanders support the local business, because in this case Dunkin Donuts has enough of my cash. They really don't need anymore. The donuts from this place are as big as people say. The taste is incomparable to any franchise store. The girls at the counter were friendly and social. They even "glazed" a few while I waited. They got some chocolate on the box and apologized. I claimed that I was relieved that it was just chocolate. We all had a chuckle... and it was awesome. The daughter(?) had her little boy there who is super adorable. If you are a bakery be open have products and have orders ready when promised The owners may operate on their own time frame however the rest of the people have time frames they need to adhere too. My boyfriend and I stopped in this morning after moving to Roseville recently and WOW! I've never had a doughnut this fresh and delicious in my whole life! The owner was working in the shop and he was a very friendly man! He gave us 30% for a dozen of doughnuts, which was very kind and appreciated. The doughnuts are huge! Their doughnuts are so incredibly delicious! Doughnuts are my favorite treat but I have high standards. I don't let myself have them very much so they need to be worth it and these are. I almost always go for chocolate, but they were out the first time I went there so I tried others. So far I've had the apple and cherry fritters, with bits of real fruit in them. The Oreo doughnut had delicious white frosting which, being the chocolate fan I am, I assumed I'd only kinda like. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the red velvet doughnut and blueberry fritter. Best Donuts I have had in a long time you cannot go wrong and good customer service

So extremely disappointed with this business' customer service. I should've read the other reviews before trying to place an order. I emailed this company on a Monday. No one got back to me. I called that following Friday and the OWNER advised they have not checked their emails. I was able to speak to her, she asked me a few questions and for pictures of what I envisioned so that she could send me pricing. I sent them to her within 5 mins. Later in the day (6 hours later) I called back, because I hadn't heard anything and she was extremely dismissive advising she was working on orders and need, and I quote, "to put her kids to bed" before she could get back to me. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her and not trying to give her business. I've read through the reviews and I've noticed they use multiple excuses when they're unprofessional that involve family. I know 1000s of family owned businesses who are extremely professional and responsive. When you decide to open a business it's your responsibility to respond to clients and not offer excuses, or at least have a good demeanor because want to do business with you. I advised I was experiencing poor customer service and they advised because I didn't understand they wanted to do things their own way they'd decline my order. I'm so happy I'm planning months before my baby shower and 30th, 2 extremely important events, because you can not depend on this company to execute with at least one excuse. Much success to them though. Hopefully they change after this review. read more
