THIS location is nice to use with the drive-thru when I am craving a box of Timbits, a donut, breakfast sandwich, or a latte to go on the road to westbound I-94. My drive-thru time is usually between 8 and 8:30am, therefore the drive in when placing my order to pick up is usually 1 or 2 vehicles ahead, so no complaint there. Whether I stop once or twice a month here, all employees are cheerful to talk to and also at the window and when receiving my "Tim" order. At the pick up window my order is always correct and served with a smile, and thank you have a great day. At times I even get a compliment about 1 of my many stylish hats. 1 complaint only, = WHY IS THERE NO EXIT driveway to get back on Hall Rd. ?? one has to drive back around to the other side of the parking lot. YES its a hassle to exit especially when driving and trying to enjoy a hot beverage, sandwich or pop in your mouth Timbit. Whoever built this establishment along with Happy's Pizza attached, didn't realize this confusion.. my opinion

So, for some reason I could not find this location on the app after trying and trying again in line. First off, I am impressed. I was a little past Hayes when I decided to call Tim Hortons. A woman named Christina answered the phone. She was really polite. I asked if they had Birthday Cake Timbits because most places say they don't carry them or they sold out. She said she could fix up a batch that it would be ready for me when I get there. She also listed the other flavors and prices upon my request. When I got to the drive-thru, it was super fast service. I ordered my two ice caps (small and medium) and my timbits. Christina immediately jumped on the mic to say hi and introduce herself as the new store manager. She said they are warm and fresh for me, as she was just pulling them out. When we got to the window, I asked if it was a new location because I could not find it anywhere on the app. I was shocked to see no results. Christina was nice enough to put them in two separate boxes and handed them herself to us. Amazing experience. Amazing customer service skills! We will come back! P.S. cheaper than our usual Starbucks trip. We spent a little over $10, which is what we usually pay for two drinks alone.

Ordered a bagel, toasted with cream cheese...received a bagel cut in half with a dab of cream cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.

I could see meeting a friend for coffee or getting some remote work done here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and everyone who helped us was friendly. Even though they offer a lot of fun beverages, I ended up going with a plain latte because I don't prefer sugary drinks but the latte was very good! I also got the spinach feta croissant and it was delicious - definitely recommend. My sister got the tiramisu latte, which she also loved. They have a pretty big pastry case with many yummy desserts that I will be checking out next time. Prices seemed a tad high, especially for the specialty drinks, but what isn't expensive these days? All in all, a really nice addition to Partridge Creek.

The prices are a little higher than I'd prefer, but it's nice to have another option that's different from Starbucks. The girl who took my order was so sweet and pleasant, and she made the whole experience even more enjoyable with her friendly attitude. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside. However, when I visited during the workday, many people were working on their laptops, so it may be harder to find a table if you stop by during those hours.

I let her know that. When I went in, it was early in the morning around 9 AM so barely anyone was there. I told her I wanted an iced coffee and asked for her syrup flavors that they had. She showed me the flavors which were quite a variety which made me excited to try. I saw that they had almond flavor and I asked her what flavor would go with that and her response was. I don't know. I'm not a coffee person. I don't really drink coffee in my mind. I'm like this is supposed to be a coffee shop and you don't like coffee? So I was left there feeling like wow I'm just out here on my own. I guess not a good feeling then after two minutes she was already done with my coffee and I looked at it and it was completely black. There was no milk in it and then I said well I'd like milk in my latte please she's like OK here and she poured some of the milk in and said I don't wanna overflow it . I ended up having to put tons of sugar in it because I don't think she put any flavoring in it at all. I paid almost $5 for a watered down horrible iced latte. The only good thing about this place was the ambience was so cute but unfortunately because of this experience, I have no interest to go back or refer this place to anybody. You should not be charging almost 5 dollars for watered down coffee and definitely need to get employees that actually like coffee or know something about coffee so that people can have the overall experience that they deserve if they're going to spend five dollars on coffee.

When we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed openly. The vibe was superchill. Very spacious. I would suggest they add few real potted plants to warm up the place. When we ordered, she cautioned it was spicy; it was great. It was cool to see they sold baked goods from a local small business @jensscones. Photodocumented the experience with more details. Sadly, downtown Mt. Clemens is only metered street or lot parking; saw the parking enforcer walking around and checking meters. Overall, lovely first impression, lovely drinks, and will come back and support this lovely cause. Thank you, Lighthouse Coffee, for caring for orphans.
