Instead, the customer in front of us was asked to tell us that we could "come back tomorrow at 10 a.m." if we wanted. After investing two hours of our evening, that was frustrating and dismissive. As we were leaving, we noticed the people behind us were also upset and questioning the staff at the window. Rather than addressing the situation, the staff turned off the lights and closed the metal gate, leaving everyone outside without any explanation. It's unfortunate because we were looking forward to trying the ice cream after awaiting their opening this year, but the poor organization and lack of respect for customers' time completely overshadowed the experience.
