Almost every time people just walk by the window and I have to beep to get their attention. Most time the workers are just chatting with each other or on their phones. The orders have consistently been wrong, ranging from forgetting a side of salsa to completely wrong meals (no protein, wrong protein, burrito instead of tacos, etc.) Reaching out to customer service gets you a 'reward' but not a refund so you can at least get the next incorrect item for free.

After a few pick-ups took around 20mins after promised time, I was pretty upset. I was told they only start making food once the person is there to pick it up, so I asked what's the point of placing an order online and receiving a pick-up time, when the food only starts to get made once you're at the restaurant to pick up? That's when the owner stepped in (My family and I have had many pleasant convos with him before at the old location), turned red, bunched up his face, and legit yelled at me "What do you expect? Do you want your fries to be cold or do you want them fresh?" (I was taken aback, and responded "I expect my order to be ready at the time indicated"). He told me I could go elsewhere. I get it. I was receiving consistently poor service and was upset when I asked the cashier about timing, so he stepped in to defend his worker. What I don't get is how you can tell a customer to go somewhere else when they're expecting their food at the time promised (or at least within 5 mins...I'm not THAT picky). Now consistency can work both ways because either you love it or hate it. I am a Caniac so I love every moment of it. The fingers are marinated over night and match perfectly with the tangy Cane's sauce. Crinkle cut fries are not my favorite type of fry but Cane's uses the best potatoes. Am I supposed to be royalty to sit at a table? Then the explanation is always: "We're understaffed."
