I'm disappointed with my experience with Crawlspace Brothers. I had multiple quote and went with Crawlspace Brothers since they were the lowest. If I knew I would be dealing with repeated issues I would have more to one of their competition. I paid for full crawlspace encapsulation and the workmanship was poor from the beginning it felt rushed since the team they had was initially based in NC. The wall liner/vapor barrier was barely secured, scratched during installation, and started falling down not long after the work was completed maybe like a week the liner started falling. It was clear the materials and adhesive used were not holding. The most serious issue was snakes getting trapped behind the wall liner due to gaps and failing installation. The first time this happened, I had to pay for pest control to remove a live snake. Crawlspace Brothers did reimburse me for that removal, which I appreciated, but the underlying issue was never properly fixed. Months later, the liner failed again and another snake became trapped--this time dying behind the liner. This should never happen with a properly installed encapsulation system. Despite agreeing to redo the work, follow-up has been slow and unreliable. Dealing with repeated liner failures, pest issues, and safety concerns after paying for a professional service is unacceptable. I trusted them as experienced professionals, but the lack of quality control and repeated failures make this hard to recommend. read more

Work was done in February. My exterminator came for routine termite inspection and found raccoons were living in the crawlspace. They made a terrible mess. CSB oukd not immediately help me. I had to hire someone to block entry, lay a trap and start a cleanup process. Days later, CSB calls to say they will be here to repair entry point. I asked what about the raccoons mess that included electrical damage. Apparently, all the pictures I sent to the Nashville office were not looked at by whoever was supposed to see them. The man from CSB did seal over the work my exterminator did to block entry point. He vacuumed the debris pjles my exterminator did not get to finish. I was impressed at first, but not sure I coukd recommend this company. The opening was obvious. Thank God for exterminator visit. I am 73 and a widow. I never look in the crawlspace. I have to say the initial customer service and communication was great. Price was decent compared to other companies. ​​ read more

We're unfortunately having the worst experience with this company. A simple 2 day projects is now on to month 3. We've been in put in contact with 8 different people within the company now, none of whom can give a truthful or accurate update of what work is being done or the status of our project. The communication is sadly the worst I've ever experienced. I am the one having to reach out daily to figure out what is going on, often with no reply or yet another excuse. A third team came by today and ripped out everything a previous team had done after we were told the project was 90% done and looking in tip-top shape. I am truly at a loss. We're spending a very large sum of money to have our crawl space encapsulated and would go with any other company if we could go back and do it over. I usually don't write reviews but I decided to make an exception in the case of the Crawl Space Brothers. I used this company to upgrade my Brentwood home crawl space which had not been touched for 15+years. I collected bids from several local and respected companies which specialized in crawl space repairs. While Crawl Space Brothers was not the least expective option I had, their quoted price was very competitive and they used superior materials compared to the other companies I quoted. The work they did was excellent; their workers spent most of the day and made sure that my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Jack, their sales guy, is experienced, knowledgable, and responsive. All in all, I highly recommend this company if you need an excellent company to perform crawl space work at a reasonable price. read more

Crawl Space Brothers took my dirty, junk filled crawl space from disgusting to so clean you could eat under the house! Jacob was very thorough in explaining what all he'd do for repairs to not only make it look nice but better protect the home from any moisture damage. I needed the work done quickly and Jacob was able to fit me into an already tight schedule. I liked the ease of booking with Jacob, paying online, the communication before and after the work was completed, and pictures. They even came back when asked to go higher up the walls.
