I wandered in, and tried on about 6 pairs before I found some I liked. The fitting room experience was easy, but they weren't well monitored as they were full of clothing others had left behind. Apart from that, the store seemed organized fairly well. I also did a return a few days later, which went quick and smooth. As I checked out, the staff member at the register scanned a coupon for me, discounting over $20 off my jeans that I didn't anticipate. That was a nice surprise! They had remodeled since my last visit here (like I said, many years ago) and it felt like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's experience. Random junk to buy in the checkout line, they call your number to a register up front when available.... Anyway. It was an overall nice and easy experience, and I happily found what I needed.

"Do you work here? I'm trying to find..." and she was annoyed, as if I'm supposed to know that she works there. She looked in a direction and said "they're over there." That's better than nothing. I found what I needed to buy and got some other things. The amazing thing about this store is that it is organized. If you go to Westgate Mall in Saratoga or Great Mall in Milpitas, you'll know what I mean. You'll be lucky to find anything because you have to watch for clothes on the floor. I'd like to reiterate, it wasn't what she said, it's how she said it displaying no customer service skills. I worry her tone persists with others due to the nature of the regular humble customer. I hope that is not the case. I understand we have bad days but people are paid to work and must at least be respectful and courteous while on the clock. For future shoppers, please be wary and do not allow anyone speak to you in this manner. I hope she has superiors who can review this comment and address this lack of leadership and customer service by providing her with further professional development and training on how not to talk down to people.
