Browsing a few online stores, I was disappointed to see that they were all sold out of the matching sweatshirt in his size. When I was just about to give up, a Microsoft Edge notification popped up on my screen indicating that Hibbett Sporting Goods had it in stock. Even better, I could get it the same day with the in-store pickup option! When I arrived I was greeted by an employee who requested my name and immediately grabbed the order from their stockroom. Less than three minutes later I was out of the store and on my way back home. I'm very thankful for Hibbett Sporting Goods, definitely a "sleeper" amongst their competitors (I.e., Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs, Finishline). Oh yeah...if you're a sneaker collector like myself, they get a majority of the big releases (I.e., Jordan's)!

I've been to four Burlington stores across the country. I looked for the items first, back and forth, and didn't see them. I saw someone messing with the clothes on hangers and decided to ask, since she wasn't wearing any uniform or name badge. "Do you work here? I'm trying to find..." and she was annoyed, as if I'm supposed to know that she works there. She looked in a direction and said "they're over there." That's better than nothing. I found what I needed to buy and got some other things. The amazing thing about this store is that it is organized. If you go to Westgate Mall in Saratoga or Great Mall in Milpitas, you'll know what I mean. You'll be lucky to find anything because you have to watch for clothes on the floor. The cashier was pleasant. Even security was pleasant when I entered the store.

I called to make sure it was canceled and was told they will refund me in 7 business days More than 7 days pass so I check my bill I was still charged for it and no refund so I pretty much paid double I call again and am told they will send a refund wait 7 business days and if then they don't refund it I should fraud claim it So don't ever order pick up unless you are willing to wait for the email because you will for sure waste your time and more money if you go early without an email I should have just picked up the so called items and returned it myself instead of asking any employees for help because they were no help at all

I wandered in, and tried on about 6 pairs before I found some I liked. The fitting room experience was easy, but they weren't well monitored as they were full of clothing others had left behind. Apart from that, the store seemed organized fairly well. I also did a return a few days later, which went quick and smooth. As I checked out, the staff member at the register scanned a coupon for me, discounting over $20 off my jeans that I didn't anticipate. That was a nice surprise! They had remodeled since my last visit here (like I said, many years ago) and it felt like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's experience. Random junk to buy in the checkout line, they call your number to a register up front when available.... Anyway. It was an overall nice and easy experience, and I happily found what I needed.

She took the time to break down boots and what to look for as it was going to be my first pair. She explained the different between leather soles, mixed soles, and rubber. She informed us of wide calf boots for thicker legs. Great knowledge and super helpful. I think her name was, Sam who was a seasonal but I may be wrong. You rock, Sam! I used to drive hours to go to the Eddie Bauer outlet and I don't have to now! I do a lot of outdoor activities; hiking, fishing, walking, traveling, going to the outdoor gun range, etc. Their clothes are extremely practical for these activities. Comfortable and they keep the sun off of you. They fold neat and are lightweight for travel. I even have my wife, daughters, sons, son-in-law and grandchildren getting into the 5.11 mode. My grandson loves the caps that have cool Velcro patches you can interchange. 5.11 gift certificates are always a go-to option for birthdays, etc. As far as customer service, they are beyond great. At Eddie Bauer and Columbia I get the obligatory "hello" and "welcome to the store." That's it. 5.11 employees know their stuff and go out of their way to tell you about deals and new products. The manager in Turlock, Alexandra, is an absolute gem. I have gotten to know her and Stephanie (another great lady) from shopping at the store. They always let me know when products come in that they know I will like. Stores just don't have employees like these anymore. Old school approach to sales and service.
