It is CLEAR the Goof Proof was not applied. Guardian Protection is the company that handles Goof Proof claims. They denied my first claim saying I did not submit it within the 30 days as stated in the policy. I submitted the claim THREE DAYS after the incident. I resubmitted a claim, well within the 30 day requirement, and they STILL DENIED it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They gladly take your money and don't stand behind their product. When you pull up the original order, I can leave a review on the sofa and ottoman but not the rug. I wonder why. The $500 rug looks like crap. I contacted Bob's customer support and they wouldn't do anything. Just said they understand my frustration. I will not buy another item from Bob's.

The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Very friendly salesman named Jason. Side note: our last mattress was an online purchased mattress delivered in a box. Let me say, nothing beats laying on your mattress beforehand. And having them deliver your new mattress is so nice. They wore shoe covers to not track in dirt, they took the old mattress out and set the new mattress up in about 8 minutes. That beats dragging a heavy box upstairs, cutting it open, and getting rid of the old mattress yourself... trust me.

My Wife and I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and frame. The salesman went on to assure us that no other store would be able to sell it for lower then sticker price as they were not permitted to do so. The salesman stated that if we were able to find it cheaper to get it in writing and Sleepy's would beat it by 20%. The next day we called Johnny Janosik (about 2 miles away) and Mattress Warehouse (about 1/4 mile away) and they both were willing to sell the same products for almost 10% cheaper. After getting the better price quoted in writing through an email I called the Sleepy's sales rep back, he stated that he misspoke about beating the price by 20%. He stated this offer didn't apply to Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We ultimately made our purchase through Mattress Warehouse for a little over 10% cheaper then Sleepy's, having the same free delivery, and 0% financing terms.

This story doesn't start out well. We had issues with a piece of the bed frame we ordered not being…read moreavailable, and then the wrong piece being delivered multiple times. As a result, we had a lot of phone calls with this store. We ALWAYS received a prompt and courteous response, always with an aim toward resolving the problem. Communication was thorough; we never felt at any time like we were being ignored. The deliveries that were scheduled (again, multiple deliveries because we had that problem) were always on time, the the crew was very clean and professional. And, eventually the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I'm impressed because, like most people, we don't buy beds that often. It would have been easy for the team at this Mattress Firm to brush us aside, because, after all, how likely were we to buy another bed in the near future? That's not what happened. In each conversation, it felt like they were doing their best to resolve our situation and advocating on our behalf. We don't have any bed-buying plans for the near term. But, if we did, we would definitely return to this Mattress Firm. And, when the time does come, this store will be the first place we look.

I expected to receive furniture that was clean, safe, and in acceptable condition--not furniture that continues to have a persistent unpleasant smell weeks and months after delivery. What has made this experience even worse is the company's customer service. I have contacted them multiple times to report the issue and try to get it resolved, but instead of receiving a clear solution, I have been given the runaround. I have had to repeatedly reach out regarding the same problem, and I still do not feel that my concern has been taken seriously. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I should not have to continue contacting a company for months about an issue that was present from the day the furniture was delivered. I paid for a bedroom set that I should be able to enjoy without having to deal with a persistent foul odor. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from this company based on my experience. The quality of the product and, more importantly, the lack of meaningful customer service after the sale have been very disappointing. I put down a deposit, but was able to find it somewhere else with sooner availability. I called Furniture and More for a refund on my deposit only to be told I could only have a store credit. I had no choice at this point but to wait for the furniture and pay for the rest of the product. I received a phone call later that week stating I could have my dresser delivered sooner than planned. The delivery was scheduled for that Saturday. On Saturday the wrong dresser was brought to my home. Needless to say $400 I was not happy. I called the store and they told me this is what I ordered. This is not what I ordered. This is what the salesman tried to sell to me and I did not want. I was told I would be issued a refund which is not even pending into my account. I called and the women who supposedly issued the refund was condescending and very rude. She asked if I have ever been issued a refund and I said she. She said "I don't doubt it". I will NEVER use the this store. You get what you pay for and that's poor customer service. Unfortunately the rudest person in the store is the district manager. We had stopped at one store before Sleepy's and had already resolved to check out at least two more afterward in the interest of comparison shopping. Sleepy's was by far the best retail experience that we had when shopping for a mattress, with pillows that fit with our sleeping styles and an expert sales experience that worked for our unique needs. It's rare to find someone who both wants to make the sale, and has enough experience to do talk expertly about the product, so that was refreshing. After about 45 minutes of trying out different mattresses that met our needs, we settled on one that was quite a bit above our initial price range. Even so, the weekend's special deals made it a unique, one-time deal that was too good to turn down. We completed the purchase, scheduled a delivery, and have no regrets about our purchase. Despite the negative review below, the salespeople at this location do seem quite knowledgeable and willing to make a deal. While they swear they're not into hard sales pitches, though, the truth is that they really are. We're not prone to giving in under those conditions, but this was a good deal regardless.
