I called and was assured that the stone was currently being worked on. Another month goes by and I still haven't heard anything back. I call every number I can find because no one is answering any phone calls. I somehow manage to get ahold of another Monument Dealer nearby who informs me that Sartin has gone out of business. We just had to order another stone from somewhere else, because Sartin never did any work on the stone. The stone was paid for. In full. And after 7 months no delivery. Shameful. How pathetic do you have to be to steal from people who have just lost a loved one? Ask Sartin, they know the answer to that question.

They had a sale advertised on their website (25 percent off a full vehicle tint)…read more I called to make and appointment and confirmed the sale with the person who took the appointment. When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. I ended up still getting the car tinted there because I already waited a few weeks for the appointment. It was a mediocre job, I ended up having to bring the car back a few weeks later because of a bunch of air bubbles that never went away and streaks between the tint and the glass.
