Food wasn't hot. Brisket was burned and difficult to bite through. Beans were cold but they did taste good. The fries we received were a bunch of small broken bits the top had some big ones but under they were small and not hot. Stopped by Crazy Gringo BBQ on my way to watch the Steelers game with friends and decided to grab some wings. I went with the sweet chili and buffalo, and both were outstanding. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly young man, more than happy to help us in any way. We knew we wanted to try the pork belly. We were informed that they might take 30 minutes or so since we arrived at opening time. We tried the signature BBQ sauce wings. Delicious. Then came Desi, the most helpful, happy young lady going over the menu with us. We confirmed the pork belly was almost ready. The pork belly burnt ends with green chilie Mac n cheese was the best. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich. I have never tasted pulled pork so tender and juicy and flavorful full of smoke. I ordered the wings dry with dips on the side. You could taste the smoke in the wings. They were huge wings. What was amazing is how accommodating everybody was. My husband forgot to tell them that he didn't want coleslaw on his sandwich. They took it back and made him a fresh one with no hesitation . The music was too loud for me because I'm 75 and they didn't hesitate to turn it down. Tried them Saturday for lunch. Very Disappointed!! First the potato salad contained 3 pieces of potatoes which were Rock Hard cut not cut with lots of mustard . Pork sliders meat cold, stringy and tough maybe contained a teaspoon of pork. Brisket Sand should have been called a Cole slaw Sandwich. It had about 1 1/2 Tablespoon of meat which was chopped small and was stringy, tough and crispy. I think to heat it they fried it in oil like carnitas. They did not have Salt and Pepper available, gave 1 thin napkin and no side of BBQ sauce. Hopefully this was just my experience and not everyone else's there. There really need a quality check. I Hope they evaluate and work out there issues to be successful. If your HANKERING BBQ, I would suggest Badlands BBQ, Domestic or Canyon City BBQ. I also suggest the kitchen manager to try these places to see the quality and portions they provide. read more
