The smoked brisket was juicy and tender, and they were definitely generous with the portions. The brisket egg rolls were one of my favorites--such a good twist combining Asian and American flavors. The lemongrass skewers were also juicy and flavorful, and the Nom Pang was packed with flavor. The service was outstanding too. On a weekend I saw that they popped up at a place I wanted to check out - the San Antonio winery in Ontario. Thought it would be a perfect time to go see them. I was able to grab a glass of wine to pair with their delicious barbecue brisket nachos. The serving was generous with some of the jalapeños to bring a little bit of acid and heat. So after trying it scale from 1/10 I give it a 6.5 I felt that the brisket was a bit dry nonetheless the flavor was def there I can see way more potential out of this spot I definitely would try it again on a day maybe where it's packed and foods being cooked fresh not saying this wasn't fresh but I mean I think you guys get what I mean. The brisket was a little peppery (which i like) and very moist. This was probably some of the best brisket I've had in California. They put just a little line of bbq sauce on some of the meat, but not too much, which gave nice variation. But the game changer was the lemon grass beef skewers combination (no. 1) I got day 1. These were delicious and flavorful, the tenderness of which we down in how easily the meat came off the skewers.
