Our menu was slow smoked pulled pork, flame grilled chicken, bacon Mac & cheese, potato salad, veggie stir fry, salad and rolls!! We had them cook on site to add to the bbq style event! They showed up at the time promised, food was ready at time promised!! Everything was amazing!! I honestly can't say which was my favorite the chicken or pork, both were great! They even supplied the plates, napkins and serving utensils!! All my guests were extremely impressed with the food and the quality of service!! The price was definitely reasonable for all that they supplied! We had guessed approximately 100 guests and we had plenty of food for all, even a late night snack after it was all said and done! I sent in my request later than I had planned and Jim was already booked for the drop off service. I was not going to have a way to pick up the order so Jim said "let me see what I can do". They were cool enough to roll through and cater for my graduation party and everybody there was raving about how great the food was! I contacted Jim back in January for a tasting and it was amazing! We booked him for our wedding on May 27th and I kept in contact with him throughout those 4 months and everything went perfectly. Jim and Joe were on time and they set up everything quickly and unfortunately we couldn't have on site cooking because of our venue but the food was still hot and delicious! We have a little over 60 guests and they all loved the food, even the kids!! We had tri-tip, pulled pork(which came with coleslaw and buns), bbq chicken, corn on the cob, bakes beans, bacon mac and cheese and green salad. I needed two plates to carry all my food, the seasonings and his bbq sauce is on point! I did not try the pulled pork at the tasting but my favorite at the wedding was just that!
