They are able to answer questions, offer guidance, and navigate the extensive menu with confidence, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. And the menu itself is a destination. It offers an impressive range of choices, with an appealing variety of meats, sandwiches, sides, and beverages. There is far too much temptation to reasonably expect one visit to be sufficient. In fact, choosing what to order may be the most difficult part of the experience. Their version of the muffuletta an outstanding of the original. Particularly their version of the bread, which was fresh, and warmly toasted renders it a cut above. Cochon Butcher is therefore a restaurant best approached with the intention of returning. In any event, this juicy, moist, turkey salad was so good, I could not eat it all! It was so much food. DONT SLEEP ON THE SALAD AT A BBQ PLACE! :-D Also, mac n cheese is really good. We also ordered their meats, their brisket and pulled pork are great as well. Love their BBQ sauces.
