I even showed my receipt, and they didn't even bother to ask for it in efforts to fix the issue, something any genuine, professional business would do immediately. That alone shows how little they care about resolving issues or verifying anything. It felt dismissive, lazy, and unprofessional. We went to New Orleans for the Lainey Wilson and Garth Brooks concert and when it was over we were starving! I went to Yelp and looked for something "open late" almost everywhere open was in the French Quarter and we weren't up for Bourbon st again so we picked this spot! Everything was cooked fresh to order. I had a 10 piece wing combo with loaded fries and it was very good. My wife had the Philly cheesesteak combo and waffle fries and it was delicious also. It was a little pricey for what it was at a little over $42 for our 2 meals but it was 1 am and not a lot open so we were ok with it. Really good naked wings which can be hard to find in New Orleans. Yes, they used Sweet Baby Ray's sauce but who cares. They were plump and freshly made and the lady behind the counter is super friendly. My kids loved her and enjoyed our lunch. Wings can be pricey right now so anyone complaining about the price is a fool. Go eat at McDonald's then and pay for junky food that will still cost $10. I discarded half of my food...I guess that helped my diet, but not my wallet. I asked for the price difference because he rung me up for traditional instead of what I originally asked for.. he told me no refunds even if it was his mistake.. almost a $5 difference.
