I'm sure the owners would not be happy to know they are losing business as I'm sure it is already a low producing store. Our poor mall needs new life breathed into it. So many stores seem like they're never open and so many empty. This type of customer service doesn't help to make people feel like they want to come to the mall. We went to Culver's instead.

The bowl of corn has a bit of seasoning on it, which elevates it and the applesauce also has cinnamon in it and it's really good. After 15 minutes waiting and not being acknowledged another group showed up to dine and they inquired and found out that there was only 1 server. It would have been a good idea to bring in more servers when a conference is happening next door. Still needing to eat we asked the bartender at the bar adjacent to The Grey Room if we can order food at the tables next to the bar. We took a seat and the very friendly and patient bartender took our order. I ordered the Wednesday BBQ rib special but asked to have it prepared without the BBQ sauce. Our food arrived and it looked like something that you would get at a cafeteria. The potato salad and coleslaw were dumped on a plate and neither were palatable. The ribs were so dry I barely ate 2. The fries were the only part of the meal I enjoyed...crispy and seasoned well! This is definitely the last time I will be eating here. Poor planning when it comes to proper staffing and mediocre food.
