The taste reminded me of the outside of a tamale. They kind of crumbled when you took a bite. The shredded beef had a birria flavor but without the dipping sauce. It's not a bad place by any means, however for the price I would check out what else is in the area before I would go back.

Rather than traditional rolled enchiladas, they seemed to be folded tortillas with a small amount of fatty dark-meat chicken, covered in sauce and cheese. The texture and presentation weren't what we expected, and the tortillas seemed stale. We understand that restaurants can have off days and that running out of ingredients isn't always avoidable. What left us most disappointed was that there was little acknowledgment of the long wait or the issues with the meal. A simple apology or effort to address the situation would have gone a long way. We were hoping to find a local spot we could come back to regularly, but unfortunately this visit didn't leave us with that impression.
