Given that we experienced the same issue earlier in the winter -- when space heaters were set up -- it seems like a known problem that hasn't been properly addressed. The bathrooms were even colder, which made things especially uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom fixtures had rough, visible trim/paste around the edges, which looked unfinished and unappealing. The food quality has also slipped. The Korean fried chicken bites used to be a favorite, but this time they tasted like plain store-bought chicken breast with only a light drizzle of gochujang -- barely enough to notice any flavor. When our drinks arrived, the server joked that they would "warm us up," which felt a bit tone-deaf given how cold the space was.
