No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.

Adam even fixed a loose doorknob on his way out of my home after providing his initial quote, something I hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out. I only wish I had gone to them when the initial flood event occurred in my home, it would have no doubt saved me several months of inconsistent communication, botched remediation, and overbilling by the vendor chosen by my HOA. All we would have to handle would be the deductible. NONE of that was true the insurance company denied the claim. We cancelled before they did ANYTHING. Now Ecodry is trying to stick us with $2500.00 bill for a free assessment charged as an emergency call out, administrative fees, fuel surcharge and testing fees and left us with a hole in our wall where they cut drywall out for the testing. Come to find out they did the same thing to our In laws. I filed a complaint with the AG today. If anyone else has fallen victim to this predatory company, I suggest they also file a complaint with the AG.

He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. The Cleanrite -Buildrite experience has mostly been a disaster. They were a preferred vendor of AAA insurance. I used them for my water damaged home, thinking they would be professional and efficient. Quite the opposite.....We had mold damage under our house, they used an adhesive backed plastic to protect our carpet. It ruined them. They had the carpets cleaned twice, all it did was break down the fiber in the carpets. Then the fight was on to get the carpet replaced....After God knows how many unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls, meetings, etc. 5 months of fighting with them to make right, what they damaged....They finally paid. The contractors they hired were good high performance jobbers. I can't say that for the portion of the work that was handled by CRBR. All the workers are hardworking, and great guys. However, the Reno branch is new, and it showed. There was a lot of on the job training going on. Quite frankly they were never trained properly. Very little supervision, and just plain winging it. I would like to offer my advise. If your Insurer is in the Reno area, and offers you, to use CRBR, And the Project Manager Jim Ackerman shows up at your front door. Run for hills!! read more

After waiting weeks to move our furniture back into our house after having the hardwood floors refinished, the employees showed up with a hydraulic device to move our refrigerator from the den back into the kitchen. They admitted they had never used the device and struggled in how they felt they should approach the job. Once they began to move the refrigerator we could hear the scrapping and yelled for them to stop!!!! Too late, damage done. There are swirled scratches and gouges in the floor. As a woman who takes great pride in her home, I definitely will be more careful to check into how much training a contractor's employees have had, before letting them in my home. My advise is, find somebody else!! . read more

I had struggled finding a contractor to repair some water damage to my house. My insurance company recommended CRBR and I could not be happier with the recommendation. CRBR was quick to help and send a representative to assess the damage. They quickly provided a quote and I was then contacted by the superintendent Mike to set up subcontractors. Mike was very easy to work with and contact when I had questions. He worked hard to make sure my wife and I were happy with the progress of the work. DH Construction used an industrial grinder to remove travertine tile in our home and failed to…read moreprotect--per industry standard and common sense--the rooms where NO work was to be done, resulting in significant but avoidable damage to electronics, ceiling fans, clothing, and food items. These rooms and their contents could have been protected, and the damage avoided, had DH hung 4'x9' sheets of plastic over the doorways of the rooms before grinding. However, as a result of DH's negligence, dust now hides in every crack and crevice of our house and personal belongings and is stirred up each time the HVAC system kicks on. Despite promises to the contrary, DH's cleanup efforts were woefully inadequate. Dust is INSIDE ceiling fans, appliances, and electronics. And DH's cleaning team declined to clean windows, blinds, and other dust-covered areas. The team's supervisor opined that we would be living with the dust for months if not years. As part of the same project, DH was to replace water-damaged, hardwood hickory flooring in our dining room. In the garage, we had a product box of remnants from previous installations; the exact flooring is also installed in two other rooms. Despite photographing the product information and taking sample pieces, DH delivered and installed similar but inferior flooring. DH claimed it was the best match. The new floor looked cheap and didn't match that in the other rooms. Using the product information on the box in the garage, I did an internet search. In five minutes, I found the exact flooring at two retailers in our immediate area. DH's error added weeks to our project's completion date. During their hire, DH sought to convince us that they are the ones called to clean up the mistakes of other companies. For your next project, we suggest you find a company that cleans up after DH--one that will treat your home and its contents as they would their own and that works to a higher standard--and hire them.
