Her customer service was a 10, the quality of the facial was 11 out of 10, the products were all natural and smelled wonderful. Her cost was competitive with other salons but the time she took to ask me questions about my skin and teach me about what she was doing and how I could help myself more at home made her price feel like a steal! Carla shared that she had been in the skincare/spa field for over 27 years and her knowledge and skill backed that up! HIGHLY recommend. I have been having horrible tightness and tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back. I recently tried therapists at some other places and things just didn't seem to get better. I continued to get more and more sore. Well this man, he's awesome. He was courteous, didn't talk unless it was in regards to the service, very polite, and knows what he is doing. He really pinpointed where the tension was coming from and worked on the spots. The minute I stood up from the table, I could already feel so much of the tension was gone! I loved that he used a warm oil. It really helped with the relaxation piece. He used hot towels to help loosen muscles up. He also sprayed something nice on the headpiece so you breath it in. I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Megan W. When she brought me back to the room, she reiterated what I had written down on the intake form. My goal was to get the knots out from my shoulders, back, and calves. After about 10-15 minutes, Megan asked me about the pressure. I said she could go firmer but I didn't notice a difference. I was hoping she'd get the knots out but the massage was relaxing. Shes also very professional. Before my appointment, I received 1 phone reminder and 3 text messages (before I typed STOP because I didn't need another reminder).
