Okay BBQ fans, this one is for you!!! I love good smoke, and this is some good smoke in a great…read morelittle town in Ohio. Really interesting history. Very, very cool high school that dates back to the Underground Railroad AND offers tours!!! Now back to the BBQ. You cannot go wrong here with any of these choices BUT I am partial to the loaded potato, the Texas Twinkies, and ANY and I do mean ANY of the meats, they are all worth a try. The people working here are such wonderful people from this same small community and one small family. They have had so much business they said they have finally had to hire their first employee!!! Yay!!! if you love BBQ, road trips and history give them and the town a visit. It's worth a trip!!!

Spent over $70 on 2 Sliced Brisket, a Brisket Sandwich and Brisket plate, with mac and cheese, a loaded potato, and a sweet tea... except the sweet tea pulled a Houdini and never appeared or maybe it got raptured before pickup because it never arrived. The sliced brisket portions were so small I thought they accidentally packed the sample platter or maybe the rest was still smoking in the back. For $14.95, don't expect "half-pound brisket". The brisket edges actually tasted pretty good, but the middle tasted like roast beef that once saw a picture of a smoker online. The smoked mac and cheese contributed absolutely nothing to society -- no smoke, barely any cheese, just hot disappointment in a cup. Meanwhile, the loaded baked potato showed up ready to save the franchise. When we called about the issues and asked for the food difference or a refund, we were told this is just "how it's supposed to be" and they can't refund food because they "can't resell it." Good news: I don't think anyone was trying to buy it a second time anyway. Really wanted this place to be great, but this carryout experience got cooked harder than the brisket

We came across this truck at an event and decided to try the Southwestern Spicy Cheesesteak. It was just as good as it was messy, ha. They have an intriguing menu given their name - it turns out the "cakes" are actually pancakes, and they also offer gyros and elote in addition to the variety of steak options. We will watch for them again in the future.

I really wanted to like this food truck but it was a miss for me. The kids like them, they're micro pancakes served with whatever toppings you want. I wound up ordering the regular phillys two with peppers and onions and one without. The guys working the truck were so nice and even though they had a long line it didn't take a ton of time for them to make our food. I wasn't a big fan of the giant slab of (I think mozzarella) cheese on the sandwich, honestly it made the bread soggy and everything was so oily I couldn't eat it. I wound up scraping off as much of the cheese as I could and stuck the entire thing in the air fryer to crisp up. It helped a bit but this isn't something I'd pay for again.
