I attempted to order online at the crumble in Chillicothe, for pick up & it was a disaster. I was able to order online successfully, paying and ordering was simple which is where the 1 star came from. Upon arriving to Crumble at 830 on a Friday night, there were 2 other customers at the kiosk attempting to order. It was noted on the screen when you first walk in that they were out of all the cookies. When I arrived to the pickup counter, there were 4 women up front, 1 in the back by the ovens. The 4 up front, 1 women was weighing cookie dough, 1 mixing up dough & the other 2 were chit chatting by the front counter putting together boxes & would not acknowledge that I was even standing there. Finally after clearing my voice a few times and the woman weighing cookies finally saying something, I had to loudly say "hello I'm here for a pickup." After they seemed annoyed I was even there, they got my name & then snickered to each other and 1 walked over to the woman on the other side mixing the dough. One of the women finally came up to talk to me (this was after being there for 10-12 mins already) and told me although I was able to order the cookies online their system is "screwed up" and the they didn't have the toffee cakes I ordered, they were out of all the cookies but 1. Obviously I was aggravated & asked about a refund because they were already paid for. She did something on the computer & said "we're sorry, you should be refunded sometime soon." The other woman whom was making the cookie dough apologized & sent me on my way.... No receipt, no nothing & after telling me I should have a refund soon, they just walked away from me." I will for sure never return to this, I will drive a fair distance if I even decide to try crumble again!!! read more

Great cookies (depending on the weekly rotation, it changes every Monday) and very clean store. It's in a central location off the main road BUT If you want a specific cookie, order ahead or go early. They get busy and run out of cookies often. Not sure if it's a prep issue or capacity, but it happens. If the Oreo cookie variations are up, they're great but hard to get. read more

The cookies are so delicious. I placed an order ahead order and showed up to get them at that time. It was over an hour past the pick-up time before they were ready. The customer service for crumbl is also worthless. Don't attempt to have them help you rectify a situation (nothing to do with Chillicothe. It was a problem with my birthday voucher). read more

Always a yummy treat, super fast, friendly staff, always clean and organized. I've been here 3 times now 3 weeks in a row and it never disappoints, I however enjoy super sweet, my boyfriend thinks it's way to sweet for him, but hes not someone to eat a ton of sugar so his opinion would be a little different, but he still likes it. read more

We love getting Crumbl cookies. We usually get a party box & buy extra empty single boxes so we can gift some to our kids teachers. Cornbread, Kentucky butter cake, and any of their pumpkin options are our favorites. I love that they are now offering more desserts besides just cookies. read more
