I've visited Kairos Coffee in Wilmington twice now, and both experiences were outstanding. First and foremost, the coffee is excellent--high quality, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. On my first visit, I used the drive-thru and was helped by a young man who provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to explain how different drinks were made, and offered thoughtful suggestions that helped me decide what to order. His enthusiasm and expertise made the experience enjoyable and left a great impression. On my second visit, I went inside and was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Savannah. She was pleasant, patient, and genuinely kind. Her warm smile and positive demeanor brightened my day and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It's not often that you find a coffee shop that combines great coffee with such outstanding customer service, but Kairos Coffee does exactly that. In Wilmington for business and was in search of coffee. Little did I know I'd find such a place as Kairos. Great coffee! Only thing better than the coffee is the friendly staff. Everyone I've come in contact with has been a pleasure to interact with. If you ever find yourself in Wilmington you need to stop here, even if you don't like coffee, I'm sure you'll find something to tease your taste buds. My only recommendation is if you're looking to expand outside of Ohio, take a look at Las Vegas, NV. read more

The service here is nice and attentive. I appreciate the patience and quickness of each order i have received. Their product is high quality and I love their local pastries. Out in wilmignton, i know it's hard to find a strong matcha, so I recommend looking at local asian stores for the powder so that the matcha is stronger(there are ones in dayton). The look of the store is great and it's a overall nice atmosphere. Hopefully, they will be making a weekly special for new drinks or something to look out for. Really nice addition to the area. I bet they could even expand the store closer to the wilmington college and both stores would still b packed! read more

I enjoyed this chill coffee house. It's in a strip mall far off the road so it's not too easy to notice but it must be successful despite its location because it's been around for awhile. I ordered a cappuccino which was very good and well prepared. Staff was friendly and inviting. Next time I'll order a sandwich because there were others eating and everything looked delicious. Went here for the first time yesterday and got just a vanilla iced latte. It was some of the best coffee I've had in a long time. Perfect taste and ratio of everything. The cafe it's self was beautiful, from the plant wall to the piano table, it was all very pleasing to look at. If you're in the area I definitely recommend stopping in and checking the place out. The best cookie ever! Their signature cookie has the perfect spice and flavor combos. I don't even like coffee but this place is wonderful. I LOVE their iced green tea I get it with peach and mango flavor, it's so refreshing! The smoothies are terrific. Muffins are phenomenal as well! It's great that they have a drive thru. Not so great that the coffee isn't that good and the wait time for one drink can be ten to fifteen minutes. The kids sizes are awesome, and if I don't want to get oyt of the car, this place will do, but i wouldn't go out of my way to go here. read more
