He asked where we were from and spoke passionately about crafting his flavors fresh every day, using real ingredients. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience. He offered us a sample of a dragon fruit flavor he was experimenting with -- it was light, clean, and bursting with natural fruit flavor. No artificial aftertaste, just smooth, refreshing perfection. We ended up ordering the pistachio baklava, and it was hands-down one of the best gelatos we've ever had. The pistachio was rich, nutty, and full-bodied -- not that artificial green stuff you get in most places. The baklava pieces added just the right amount of texture and sweetness, without overpowering the balance.
