This is what gelato is supposed to be -- rich, real, unforgettable Boza Creamery completely restored our faith in what real gelato should taste like. We actually arrived an hour before opening, but the owner -- who was sitting outside with another person -- greeted us with a big smile and invited us in anyway. He asked where we were from and spoke passionately about crafting his flavors fresh every day, using real ingredients. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience. He offered us a sample of a dragon fruit flavor he was experimenting with -- it was light, clean, and bursting with natural fruit flavor. No artificial aftertaste, just smooth, refreshing perfection. We ended up ordering the pistachio baklava, and it was hands-down one of the best gelatos we've ever had. The pistachio was rich, nutty, and full-bodied -- not that artificial green stuff you get in most places. The baklava pieces added just the right amount of texture and sweetness, without overpowering the balance. It was creamy without being too heavy, and every bite made you want to slow down and savor it. There was also plenty of parking, and we got to sit outside to enjoy our treat in peace. We never felt rushed -- just welcomed and appreciated. We were so caught up in the moment, we forgot to ask his name -- but his kindness and passion won't be forgotten. This place is a gem. Don't be fooled by the unassuming location! This is truly a hidden gem. I was in the mood to try a new ice cream spot and stumbled upon Boza Creamery. The person working there during my visit was extremely kind and welcoming. He offered us samples immediately and explained the flavors they had and how they were all homemade in small batches. I had the best cookies and cream ice cream that was made with a chocolate base which is rare! It was delicious and you can tell it was a quality ice cream. I was a little hesitant at first because of the location, but all the reviews are true, this is a hidden gem. First off, we were helped by the owner and he was SO generous with the samples, he shared their story, and overall made it an experience and not just an ice cream run. My boyfriend went with their coffee flavored and baklava flavored ice creams. (They use actual drip coffee brewed in house.) I ended up ordering two cookies, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, both delicious and perfect consistency. (Baked in-house) We went back two days later for more, and I tried the banana oreo flavor which was amazing. They use real whole ingredients, and the owner said they're even in the process of moving to A2 grass-fed milk which is incredible. One thing I learned is that this place does not cut corners. Best of all, when we mentioned our dog was in the car, he gave us a HUGE pup cup for free. 10/10 read more

This is honestly the best ice cream I've ever had! It's tucked away and we would have never found it if it weren't close to an escape room we were doing. But wow we are so glad we found it. The owner greeted us and let us know that they make handmade ice cream and the flavors are constantly changing. He encouraged us to try as many flavors as we would like which was super nice. I've had the cookie dough, cookies and cream and mint chip and all of them were amazing. The prices are a little high but it is so worth it for this ice cream. We spoke with the owner and he broke down how he makes all the flavors which was super cool to learn about. They allow you to sample the flavors which are all phenomenal. This is perhaps the worst ice cream I have ever had. I think they have good flavor concepts but execution is atrocious. Someone needs to pay attention. Also server gives you a smallest possible tasting spoon. That in itself turned us off. However we ordered a few flavors and between the six of us everyone threw their ice cream after few spoons. Decided on a scoop each of the chocolate & pistachio baklava - very creamy & tasty. The latte was good & super hot. They have some neat ice cream float cups that sit on top of the soda bottle. There's a commercial Rancilio machine for espresso & a setup for regular coffee with several different coffee bean options. They also offer affogato naturally. Since it was dark, we didn't see the ice cream sign in the window right away. Look for the lit-up sign that shows Barista Espresso instead. Owner said he's open until 11PM every day. I don't know how we found this place, but I am so happy we did. My family and I went here one night for ice cream and were pleasantly surprised. We were cautious because it is located inside a business building but do not be discouraged. They have so many different flavors - you have the classics and then different flavors like Baklava Pistachio. The ice cream is also made in-house and so delicious. I had their best seller, cookie dough with sprinkles and it was the perfect ending for the night. The owner was working and was so welcoming - he provided us with samples and answered all of my husband's many questions about the flavors. Wow! Stopped in tonight for ice cream with my family! We were extremely impressed. Boza Creamery is a small batch micro creamery. You can taste the freshness in the ice cream. The staff was incredibly friendly. You can taste flavors before selecting what you want to order. I tasted both Cookies and Cream and Cookie Dough, but ended up ordering the Cookie Dough. It was very tasty with chunks of cookie dough and chocolate pieces mixed in. My son got Chocolate and devouring it. The hubby had Vanilla and Cookies and Cream. Very unassuming place with really excellent ice cream! Every flavor we've tried has blown us away, recently tried the affogato and that was also delicious. The quality is really top notch and the flavors are very creative, you'll find your standard run of the mill flavors like strawberry and vanilla but also baklava cheesecake and crunchberry.
