She was very short in her offerings and had a "you can take this or that" approach. She even laughed at me, or at least scoffed, as I asked what her closest option would be to my tobacco I brought in with me. I didn't feel welcome nor accommodated for my first ever visit in by her. My overall takeaway from her service and demeanor was "we don't have that, oh well". She didn't even offer for me to smell the offerings they DID have if I found something I might like instead I had to take it upon myself to open the jars and see if my visit could lead me to a purchase of something I enjoyed. I asked for a covering for the tip for my pipe and she was slightly more helpful but I had to ask and ask about how to apply it (once again, very short in her delivery and I'm a novice so would like to ask the professionals while I'm IN the store). And when I asked about a tamper tool she did briefly explain the difference in their 2 offerings but quickly put it back in their display jar and closed the lid. I felt like she was verbally and with her mannerisms kicking me out. Maybe she had a bad Christmas, so I wish her a much happier New Year. In STARK CONTRAST;however, the man with the kind tone, blue eyes, and long beard/hat was much more accommodating and helpful to where I was at on my journey as a beginner pipe user. I did appreciate his demeanor and explanation of accessories for my pipe. He also offered me a brochure on pipe smoking and was sympathetic to my niche tobacco search. So I did purchase some accessories from him for his helpful demeanor and kind customer service. Overall unsure if I would be back or recommend this location to others. Maybe it was an off day after Christmas ‍

I ended deciding to stop by this location as it's the last location on the way back. I've been to one of the Austin locations before and I had a good, but minor odd experience hence one of my other reviews which the owner had contacted me about which I had really appreciated. The guy that was working was really nice, helpful, and chill! We had great banter and I was impressed how he handled the other customers. He helped me make good choices-I like what I got and so does my coworkers. Thanks!

I paid $27.00 for a device that lasted 4 days and then wouldn't recharge. I highly recommend good to a 7-11 and only pay half that price instead of getting anything here. I have bought sooooo many vapes at a lower price that have have lasted much much longer and got them over the counter at gas stations. I'm confused by places like this that only offer them but can't deliver.

There were 3 gentlemen in the store when we walked in- plus one employee. No one seemed to be buying anything. They were just hanging out...which was fine until I felt that 'old people' were not part of this store's prefered demographic. (And hey! That is cool. There is a place down the road that happily takes my money!) ;) This place seems to be more of a hangout than a business. I approached the counter to inquire about a specific flavor... and the employee was making wicks or coils or something. I waited quietly as I wasn't sure if someone was waiting for the items and I had to wait my turn? But he was working on stuff the whole time we were there so wasn't sure if any walk-in business was being accepted. Anyway, when i wasn't acknowledged, I returned to the table. My boyfriend then just asked him if they had the flavor I wanted to try. The employee said sure. (So he doesn't help women?) I asked if they had a sample of it and he said no. Ooooook. We are over 50 and I buy my juice in quantities like I used to buy cigarettes in cartons. ($50 - $70 at a time. ) AND I was probably the only person in that store at that time that intended to purchase something... but got the impression I wasting his time. We left. I won't be back. Probably a great place for younger folks to hang out and vape but not a good place for the older professional person that may expect some customer service. We typically buy all our juice from the 'other' popular Round Rock vapor store. I feel bad that I almost strayed.
