There is a small gravel parking area near welcome sign, overflow parking across the street. Crossing Leydecker can be dangerous due to curves/blind spots in road. Trail is uneven/has steep hill/cliff in certain areas. Would not recommend trail for children or people with poor balance/poor health, though it is not a challenging trail for those used to hiking. Highly recommend you bring a fully charged cellphone/other safety devices of choice, as this is not monitored & there are no ways to report an injury or emergency, no rest areas, benches, comfort stations, safety rails or features, so enter at your own risk. Leashed dogs are allowed (ensure proper tick treatments first, Lyme disease warning at trailhead), bring out anything you bring in. No trash receptacles. Trail is overgrown and not well cared for, slippery, narrow in areas. Unfortunately on occasion, we found old sofas and other trash thrown near the trail.

Take I-390 south to Rush and follow 15A south along Hemlock Lake. After passing Johnson Hill Road, Reynold's Gully will be a mile down on your left. Parking: Park in the small dirt area near the gully. Space for a few cars.
