But like the nice person I am I thought I would give her a chance anyways because I needed a wig install soon. After removing my wig and the braids I noticed all the breakage she caused from aggressively combing my hair with the heat comb (dryer) while my hair was dry and not applying any heat protector to my natural curly hair before braiding it. She was supposed to reinstall my wig a couple days later and I told her she severely damage my hair and that I wasn't going to need her service anymore that I would just pick up my washed wig ($25) she then send me a text saying it was $(55) I was confused and instead of creating a heated text thread I told her thank you and I thought I asked her in person why was it extra? I picked up my wig I gave her the $25 we agreed on the wash and asked her why did she straighten the wig without confirming with me first? I told her I didn't agree on her straightening the wig. She then became violent she try to snatched the wig away from me and my wallet. She then pulled MY HAIR and wouldn't let go of my purse or my hair. We had to called the COPS for her aggressive behavior. She not only damaged my natural curly hair that I had worked so hard for but she assaulted me and now I'm pressing charges. I've spend hundreds of dollars trying to salvage my hair from her unprofessional care. Do you think I wanted to give her one dollar extra from all the damage she caused? Nobody would! Specially me not approving her straightening the wig nobody gave her the ok. (She also created breakage on my wig!) Sadly I have start all over on my natural hair journey.
