Hello a few months ago I went to this salon in hopes they would service a cut , blow dry and style . The person who did my hair did was not too interested in cutting hair since she kept talking about her career change . As a person who has lot of hair volume I want a hair cut that feels a bit more light weight during the summer . I didn't receive the service I was expecting . The owner saw my previous yelp review and she said she would fix the hair cut . She also told me to delete the yelp review and I did . Thankfully I saved it . I texted her a couple of times and she never followed up . I would never come back to get this service here . Especially from someone who says she will do something to satisfy their customers . AGAIN...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! The owner passes off synthetic hair as real hair! When I went back to have the owner fix the mess she did in my head, she NOT only would NOT fix it, but ALSO ran out the salon and called the cops! She NEVER came back and left me in the salon sitting there with the mess you see in the pictures attached! I LITERALLY had to pull EVERY SINGLE strand out by hand! She works around my unpredictable schedule, handles last minute changes, and is great with my sensitive skin and all my extra requirements. I love this place, I drive from LA to get my haircut with Bree every two weeks. I trust her with my hair and the way she leaves it, it's a chefs kiss. I don't see myself going with anyone else. The salon is has a peace of mind once you enter you feel at ease. The shampoo and heads scrub is definitely relaxing. The way Bree uses hair product and styles my hair is the cherry on top. Worst Salon Experience I've ever had. Made an appointment with Valeska, and someone named Bree ended up helping me. I asked where was the original person I booked with and I got "she's busy". I asked for a root touch up, and got a color several shades darker than the rest of my hair. I said no to a trim and she said I needed one, then cut several inches off of my hair. When she was blow drying my hair she was damn near burning my scalp off I had to stop her. To top it all off, when I was walking out I see a huge blob of hair dye on my arm which I still have not been able to get off. The good news is that I was able to make a same day appt the bad news is the salon is not very professional. I was booked w Valeska for 12:30 pm wash and blowout...arrived at 12:35 pm...she didn't acknowledge or even say hi. At 12:58 I asked if I would be seen soon as I had a tight schedule and was waiting for awhile. The staff speak Spanish and talk about you because they assume because I'm not hispanic I don't speak Spanish. The parking is tough as it's street meter and a lot of the spots are 24 mins. The original stylist never once apologized for running late or even acknowledging me. She just kept on working on her original client seems like they're doing graduation . Another stylist who was sweeping and nice as asked me if I needed anything ended up washing my hair and blow drying it after I mentioned twice I was tight on time. Would not recommend as it doesn't seem like they care about whether or not they have clients. If they couldn't make the time they should have said something and I could have booked elsewhere I did finally get a blowout but felt like I had to keep on asking for something I am still paying for otherwise I would have just sat there forever Then the original stylist finished w her client so I had to wait with hair half blown out at 1:14 pm. This is my first time ever getting my hair professionally done. I'm usually a diy kinda gal but wanted a little pampering since I'm a busy work from home mom of 2 under 2 and felt like I needed a little me time and get something done where I can feel a boost in my confidence without a lot of effort. When I arrived my stylist was running slightly behind but I was greeted by Valeska who was great and offered me a beverage while I waited for Enrique. Once he arrived he apologized for the delay and went straight to work but immediately I felt in good hands because his personality is so welcoming and he's there to take care of his clients.
