And the vets are knowledge, caring and personable. Dr Steele had cared for our cats for years, and it is clear that she not only loves her job, but that she also loves her patients. When one of our cats died a few years ago, her sadness and compassion were evident. Now that our second cat is having issues, at the age of 17, we have again turned to her for advice and assistance. She treats our cat like he was her own and has made sure that we know exactly what is happening. In fact, she is the one who has called to tell us lab results and she's taken the time to meet with us when we brought him in for overnight treatment. With Tallahassee Lassie, that wasn't necessary at all--she was relaxed, happy, and well cared for the entire time.
