With Tallahassee Lassie, that wasn't necessary at all--she was relaxed, happy, and well cared for the entire time. They were absolutely thorough in their treatment of our sick cats, and when the time came, they were frank with us in their assessments. Dr. Julie even met us after hours on a weekend, clearly dressed for a night out, to ease our poor cat out of her misery. We were sobbing messes as we said goodbye, and Dr. Julie and the tech weren't exactly dry-eyed either. When we showed up a few weeks later with a dog we had rescued from the animal shelter, they were genuinely happy for us. I don't know about you, but it means a lot to me that the doctors and staff do more than just work there. They believe in what they do, and care about the people and animals that come through their door. PS: Though Dr. Julie is no longer there, we have no reason to believe the character of the place has changed in the least.

Everyone there is compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Vet techs go above and beyond, and incredibly well-trained and professional. Because I foster for so many different rescues, I often need to use other veterinarians contracted by the rescue. When I do, my appreciation for Los Robles grows even more. I also take my personal pets including Golden Retriever Bodi and two kitties to Los Robles. I guess this should have been the first sign but she seemed knowledgable about grooming so I booked an appointment. On my way to her house for the first appointment I got lost driving because all I saw was a mailbox with her address and no house or no driveway. I called several times while lost circling her neighborhood and still got no answer. Finally decided to "off road" over grass and dirt and tree limbs to finally find a house back there. She did do a nice job with my pet so I booked again. (That is the actual way to get to her house so I wouldn't recommend unless you have an SUV or truck). The next time I took my pet she looked good but during the car ride home my dog was shaking her head and had it cocked to one side. I called Beverly right away but no answer and I left a message. I called her the next day to ask what do to but no reply. She called me back 3-4 days later, which by this time I had to seek the opinion of a professional. There was cleaning solution still in my dog's ear that was bugging her. I continued to make appointments because I liked how my dog looked. Recently I had to reschedule an appointment. I left her 3-4 messages prior to the appointment. I didn't hear back from her and the appointment had passed. I finally get a call 5 days after the appointment where she was rude and mad about me missing my appointment. I told her that I left several messages, to which she admitted never listening to, and she continued to be rude and said if she has to rebook a dog it's not worth her time. I'm very frustrated with my experience, and I'm looking for a new dog groomer. If anyone has recommends please message me!

Today I called at 9:20 to let them know I was on the way. I was told they don't take drop offs after 9am . I proceed there and the sign at the counter states drop off is from 7:30-9:30. The owner said the sign is a mistake and they refused to groom. Pretty upset at the lack of customer service, being lied to and honestly it wasn't that impressive anyway. Thank you, Next.
