I needed paw pad fur removed from my Maine Coon's feet, and was fine with them getting the mats…read morefrom his nape. When I picked him up a few hours later, he looked like he'd just come out of surgery because most of the fur was shaved off around his neck! Just a couple of snips with scissors and combing it out is all that is needed, and what I usually do. They also shaved halfway up his two back legs! PAW. PAD. FUR. Guess where that fur is. There are chunks of fur missing on his body that I can't even comprehend the purpose of. $105 for the removal and what they called a groom. Don't. That's my best advice.

I ACCUMULATED A HEFFTY VET BILL JUST FOR BOARDING MY PUP THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS! My pup was boarded there for 2 nights. When I picked him up his body was covered in rashes, eyes red, and paws extremely swollen. I made the staff aware while I was still in the lobby and the staff brushed it off. On the way home my pup vomited and had extreme diarrhea multiple times. He could not keep anything down for days. I took him to the vet emergency room and my pup was prescribed weeks of medication and had lost over 7 pounds. I accumulated a very heffty vet bill just from boarding my pup at Pet Paradise for 2 nights. there. I contacted the manager, regional manager, and corporate, they did nothing nor cared.

I'm usually hesitant to leave my dog because he loves to run off. I came across Boarding Buddy and…read moretried them a few years back. Not only do I trust them completely with my dog, but the text updates are so very nice when away from your fur baby. I love the idea of my dog staying at a home where he is not in a kennel for a majority of the day like he would be at another boarding place. He gets plenty of play/social time with other dogs. My dog seems to be excited when I drop him off, unlike other boarders he's previously been to. Not to mention the price is much better. I would not advice to leave your dog here if your dog does not so well with many other dogs as they all have free roam of the house, for the most part. Whether scared/anxious or aggressive with many dogs. A kennel will probably do better. For social dogs, this is a great option! Isaiah is professional and very friendly. We have used Boarding Buddy for a few years now and have never had a bad experience!!

I cannot reiterate how pleased I was with this service! The entire operation was very friendly and professional from start to finish. Isaiah- our main point of contact for our two dogs we boarded- was so authentic, kind, and professional. I am so happy with the treatment that my two dogs received; you can tell that this place cares about the animals they are taking care of. Our dogs were not held up in their kennels the whole time and were treated like actual pets, not just things that needed to be stored (like other boarding places do). We received updates and pictures daily, and seeing how genuinely happy our pups were was such a relief. The cherry on top was that the boarding family was very flexible with our schedules when it came time for pick-up, as our return flight back to Tallahassee kept getting delayed and we missed our original time. I will not be boarding my pets anywhere else but here!
