Whatever was going on with this business previously has been corrected and fixed. I have this place another try and I am glad that I did. My first few experiences were not good however several months and a new location later - this place seems to be running smoothly and efficiently. I can only comment on the interlock services since that is all I have used so far. Things were very thorough, efficient, and smooth even without an appointment. I can say that my previous review was valid at that time but definitely no longer true of this business. That is just to figure out what is wrong and not part of what the repair will cost you. Now, I understand that they can't just waste their time chasing codes for free, but yes that was a little steep. I paid it because I needed my car repaired, and I really do like them. That being said, they now charge $253 to diagnose a check engine light. I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them.
