Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. I had taken the vehicle to the shop that installed the system when it began to make a rattling noise and they were unable to fix it. Nick the service tech looked under the car and discovered a bad mounting bracket and a crack in the exhaust pipe. He called Magnaflow and explained the problem and Magnaflow insisted on replacing the entire system. When I asked the dealer to look at it they refused as they were not the manufacturer. Nick also went through the entire vehicle and pointed out some warranty work to have done before it expired. Looks like Atherton's is my new automotive repair shop!

Overall, they made the repair process so seamless as they texted me their recommendations / photos and pricing, and then I could respond with which repairs I wanted to have done. I had oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, and brake light replaced. I needed a wheel alignment, but that was not something they could do. Very reasonable pricing, and they even gave me a discount for being a UNMC employee. The drop off appointments are easy to get, but the waiting appointments book out 6 weeks or so. Decided to give it another shot. Scheduled an oil change. Got there early to drop car off and have it done before I left for work 3 hours later. They said it would take well longer than 2 hours for an oil change. Never had issues with other firestones. This location seems like the odd ball. Will not return

I called my roadside assistance and got the spare put in, then drove to the nearby Jensen to see how they could help (and how promptly). They were able to help me immediately at 1:30pm on a Thursday and the job was done fairly quickly (30-40 mins) for which I sat in their waiting room and watched cable tv (the luxury of being the only customer waiting around). The customer center is clean, well lit, and doesn't smell like a car shop. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to others in need of a patch job or tire change.
