It's on the other side of town for us in Papillion, but they do really great work, and have great service. The pricing is pretty moderate, and they don't try to oversell anything. Inside their store there is a lot of merchandise and other add ons. It's right off 370 so it's easy to find. I have just moved to the area and am a truck and 4x4 accessory junky. I've had these guys do a few things to one of my Jeeps since I've been here and they've been able to get me in at a reasonable time. I was going to use them to fix an LED light on my rear bumper and explained to them that I was trying to get it repaired before taking a trip for a job on the west coast. It was such a small job, they told me to bring it in early in the morning the following Tuesday and they'll "try to squeeze me in" to take care of it and it would take maybe 1/2 hour and cost about $100 parts and labor. In preparation for the trip, and the thousands of other things I had to accomplish before embarking on such a long job away. I couldn't make it that Tuesday morning (the day before leaving), but didn't think much of it because it was such a small request, and they were going to just "try to squeeze me in." I figured I would schedule it for when I came back. About 6 weeks later, I got back into town and stopped by in person to maybe get on their schedule. I was planning on taking care of the light and doing a couple small modifications on my truck. Instead I was scolded like a child because I was a "no show." And was told to come back in 2 weeks at 9:am on a Friday morning. I apologized for their inconvenience and didn't even mention the other work I wanted completed after the way I was spoken to. I showed up on time on the scheduled Friday to find that not only did the guy not put me on the schedule, but he didn't even order the parts to fix my light and reminded me that I was a no show once. I felt this was pretty childish at this time and hoped that this little self absorbed dude had gotten it out of his system when I came in to reschedule. They said they'll take care of me but it would take a while. I said we had had the conversation when I came in to set up this appointment the first time and thought they had gotten over themselves. I then proceeded to leave my keys and walk out for them to do the repair. About 30 sec out the door I decided I didn't want this vindictive angry individual under my vehicle, turned around went in, got my key and explained to the guy up front that I was done here and didn't feel the need to have any more punishment to try to be a customer. It would be one thing if there were courtesy calls or reminders set in place for an appointment, but theres not. To be treated like that as a grown man is ridiculous especially over a little "try to squeeze me in" repair like that. I spend thousands of dollars a year on my truck and 2 Jeeps. "Get over your selves kids. " You just lost a customer, and got your first review. read more

I went and had new wheels and tires installed at Ultimate Truck (UT) recently. They are gorgeous. I figured something out this time. I have purchased wheels and tires at many different places over my lifetime. They almost always look great when i get my truck back. But this time was different. This time as i was buying them i expressed some complaints I had about the current set up on my truck. Marty Choyeske asked me multiple questions until he understood exactly what my problem was and what the solution should be. The long and short of it is that my current tires were rubbing against my front leaf springs when I had to make sharp turns. Marty suggested a 4 1/2" offset with an additional 1/2" spacer. I don't know what that meant anymore than i know what treating cancer entails. He essentially found a way to pick up space without pushing my tire out beyond the wheel well. I don't like that look for myself as i have to drive my truck to clients places and i think it just looks too aggressive. At any rate, my point is this. I had never been to UT prior to this. But i found out that it's going to cost me a fair sum of money everytime i buy new wheels and tires. But it doesn't cost anymore to go to UT and I actually got a setup that works for my vehicle. (They also got me into tires which should be better for me in winter) It was like buying from a niche grocer instead of a convenience store without the higher prices. NOT RECOMMENDED - Ordered a brand new set of tires - wrong tires came in, he put them on our truck anyways and would not do ANYTHING at all to rectify the situation. Highly RECOMMEND! I know people have issues with companies from time to time. That is the name of retail. Here is the reality with this company. I know this company well as a long time 4x4 driver. The other day I called and asked for a specific part that is not used regularly on vehicles. They were able to find the part and get it to me within one day. The exact model number and brand I requested. Sometimes as a consumer you must do your homework before you purchase an item. These guys are top notch, and Matt F knows his parts.
