It's usually easy to get on their schedule, and many times it has been the next day. Also, they have gotten my repairs done very quickly. I took my old work van in for an alignment and bushings. They spent all day grinding and tweaking my steering/suspension systems because it was giving them a particularly difficult time. They only charged for the alignment and bushings! Andy's FA was able to get us in as soon as we could make it the 6 miles to the shop. After about 3 hours, we were able to get all of the new parts in that we needed for our 85 Vanagon, get them installed, and have a nice chat with Andy and his son before we hit the road again. I arranged for it to be towed there because its closer and my sister has a spare key. I sugest he pick up the key and or my sister on the way to tow and then tow it right back to my sisters. Instead of having to come a the way to libery for the tow. This was to much for him and kept making excuses as to why he couldnt because he didnt have time to drive everywhere. This is no different then taking a gas can getting it filled and brining it back. But hey whatever he kept saying he doesn't have time.
