I'm not sure why the original driver's seat cover started deteriorating, but with OEM replacement parts and this business's expert staff, we said bye-bye to that crummy old leather, and hello to a brand new seat. It's even more comfortable than the original. I did purchase the OEM seat covers myself, and my installation appointment was made a couple months down the road, but now I understand why.
