His customer service was good (offered a drink: got water) and friendly. Typically leave 50-100$ tip. However... My advice pay attention to what you are being charged for. Pay attention to what you are paying for. If you are paying for a service (ANY service) make sure you are getting that service. Also, if you expect to be taken advantage of and (like me) don't want to cause a scene, just ask for clarification and laugh about the repeated attempts at the associates to explain their mistakes while still charging you. My polish is uneven, has visible lumps, missing spots, and is already chipping. It looks rushed and sloppy. My daughter was also unhappy with her pedicure. On top of that, my daughter was initially charged an extra $30 in upcharges for things that should have been standard and not extra. At the end, they took off the $30 but her Pedicure was still overpriced. The pricing felt unclear and excessive for the quality we received. Overall, the service did not match the cost or expectations, and we left very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I don't know if this Salon just went through a name change or if it's totally unrelated however, the nail salon that was there previously, was also horrible.
