They also have a variety of colors to choose from whether it is gel, dip, or regular polish. Mia provided amazing customer service. She was very welcoming, gentle, and I didn't feel like she rushed through the appointment. Not to mention, her leg and foot massage was amazing! The bar has a long list of drinks and they are reasonably priced. The bartender was very attentive, offering refills if needed and bringing water as well. Before my service even began, I specifically instructed the receptionist to assign me a good technician, and despite that request, the quality of work I received was far below professional standards. What made the experience worse was the awful customer service--there was no accountability, concern, or effort to address the poor results. For the price charged, I expected clean, neat, and well-executed nails along with respectful service. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism or quality that customers should expect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I will not be returning unless significant improvements are made.
